I think it's a perfectly fine answer. Because of me, my T knows that the resonance frequency of his northernmost ceiling light is a 4th octave E. Would love to know what an average monkey is.

When my T asks what I'm thinking it's usually something retarded like what's that spot on the floor or what should I wear to bed

You know what I don't understand about T's schedule? Last week when I was scheduling for the month of June and July, I was trying to get back in weekly. The receptionist was like oh he is all filled up, sorry. Fine, whatever he is a busy dude.

Today, at the end of my session T asked his normal, I will see you next week right? I say no. He said why not? and I told him that he was all booked next week. He pulled out his phone, and offered me three appointment times. So, was T really all booked last week? and three people cancelled? Or are the receptionists holding out on appointments????

That is among the reasons I don't see ones with receptionists.

I agree with SD. That's why I will not go to a T that doesn't handle their own appointments. Even when I was younger and saw a T that was part of a huge practice, the T still handled scheduling his appointments. The receptionist would take messages and call to confirm appointments, but that T and I booked at the end of each session.

All of the other Ts were independent. RoboT rents an office in a suite with other independent practitioners and T1 had her own office.

I feel like I annoyed my T today... I struggle so much with this, and his email replies seem kind and fine like usual but I am over here trying to see if he really seemed annoyed in them or not. I hate this annoying issue of mine....

some days I think I'll never get anywhere, I was doing so well and I slipped today out of fear

I am about to combine two grown cats into the same household. Both have lived with other cats before, but I dread the couple of weeks of great unhappiness

I just practiced for the first time since I moved into my new apartment in September (practiced meaning real conscious and technical practicing, not cramming trying to learn a whole concert program in forty minutes, which is what I've been doing and is a great way to get worse)

I was so terrified but..... it was ok. Just an hour of scales.

I've been living in dread of this for ten months... and then hating myself for not doing it, and then dreading it because it's been so long, and then hating myself.... and just now, I did it, and guess what, it didn't totally suck so I'll probably do it tomorrow too.

And I don't know why I decided to do it now either. I had a beer and the next thing I knew I'd gotten my instrument out.

We've done that a few times. We tend to pick up strays. Some of them have just slid right into the mix of dogs and cats. Others have been more noisy. I hope this transition is surprisingly easy.

Thanks. I have done it a lot also. All of the cats have been strays.
That is why I know to dread it.

There are reseArch studies on this just Google increased prolactin from risperdal/invega and reversing it with metformin and abilify
Luckily, I am not hormone screwed up enough to have lost my period. Lol. As great as that would be, it would be bad health-wise. I know that we are going to have to switch drugs ultimately. Abilify is not covered by my insurance either though, so I am stuck like a bug in a rug. Pdoc and I will have to figure something out. Maybe I am just supposed to go back on pills that have more options available to try, but problem is...I am bad about taking pills properly. Preparing myself for the onset of psychosis now, so when it hits I can possibly deal with it. Argh!

Evening, couch.

I am home from CVS and caught up on the couch. I still need to clean and do my assignment. I can work on my assignment tomorrow night after CVS and then maybe put cleaning off until during the day (when I am home) on Tuesday or so (probably be finishing my assignment on Monday during the day).

I am trying to draft an email to pdoc about the lactation, so he has a heads up before my appointment, so he can start thinking of other options. He may not respond, but he does always read my emails as he will ask about them the next time I go in.

I am reading a book about the subculture of umpires in baseball. For some reason, the description of them - convinced of their own infallibility, refusal to compromise, and aggrandization of themselves and their profession - remind me of another profession (or at least everyone I meet irl from that profession). I just can't put my finger on it right now.
