Don't feel like cooking (too late anyways). Don't even feel like making a ham and cheese sandwich. I did have cheese snack sticks (real cheese) in the fridge, so I am on my 3rd one of those. Hey, cheese is good for you. lol.

If only there were instant replay (in both life and therapy).

Useful for blind umpires and therapists with memory issues!

"ruining" the healthy snack by drinking a can of Vanilla Coke. Does natural vanilla in it make it healthier?

Excuse my ignorance, but as side effects go, is lactation really such a big deal?

I'm just worried it is throwing my hormones out of whack. Pdoc always asks everything appt if I am experiencing any, so I am under the impression that it is a not so good side effect.

How would you like to go around with big patches of wet on the front of your blouse, when it's obvious to everyone where they're from?

Also when it dries there can be..crustiness.

Preparing myself for the onset of psychosis now, so when it hits I can possibly deal with it. Argh!
What about metformin though?

I second the Metformin recommendation. It helps with increased prolactin levels. Not what I take it for, but my doctor discussed it with me.

Just saying you don't have to change your meds if they work. Metformin worked for my increased prolactin

I'm going back to my Pdoc on Wednesday to get back on meds. I'm pre-diabetic from weight gain due to taking microgestrin to stop my monthly flow. I wonder if she will prescribe this to me to help with weight loss.

It may help with weight loss, but it doesn't all of the time. My hormone levels are much better since I started taking Met, but I haven't lost a ton of weight. Down 12 lbs since starting it 7 months ago.

Metformin helps with pre diabetes and weight gain. The side effects do include diarrhea and loss of appetite. I had to stop taking it myself

Thanks for the info. She once prescribed me a med specifically made for weight loss and I didn't lose a single pound on it. That was awhile back. I don't even know if she will give me the metformin, but it's worth a shot.

Ugh yeah the diarrhea was miserable until about 2 or 3 months ago. My dr said it takes forever for your body to adapt. I do miss eating lettuce though.
