This is a good meme. I almost added : bawling : to my post. I feel like such a weird granny when his family is there, because the gosling is OBVIOUSLY so in love with me. I mean even the little kid picked up on it - thats your girl, momma is MY girl!

The street but also the concept now that you mention it. But only referring to its perspective of being in a car and dodging tourists that walk out in the street

Ate dinner with my roommate

She's acting strange to me but who's to tell if I'm "inventing things in my head" again

L is moving across the country

She's giving me one year notice, which she said is against her board guidelines for some dumb reason, but she thought I might do better with this amount of time and I am glad she told me.

I was ok about it in session. Excited for her. Now home and rather sad. I've seen her for five years.

Aa - how much time does the board think a client should get? A month?

Why would knowing earlier be a bad thing?

See, I'm a pretty good cook (my H agrees), but a terrible baker. I think it's because baking requires you to be more exact in amounts of ingredients and cooking times, while cooking tends to be more forgiving (well, depending on the recipe--I've certainly screwed some things up!)

H and I discussed this the other day. Cooking uses more of the right brain creativity while baking is creative, but the actual baking is left brained science. I am like, 70% left brained.

You can bake dinner - casseroles, pot pie, shepherd's pie, quiche, spanakopita, etc.
Thanks for this!

I think she said two months? But she thinks it's total crap.

maybe they're afraid we might pick up and move with them??? It's really the only thing i can think of

Or to protect the client against flipflopping plans, since a lot can change in a year? They want to wait til they're really certain?

Here's one. Scientifically validated!

Last time I took one of those I think I came out 90/10.

I just took it - I came out 54% left - that woman better not have turned me into some sort of whacko hugging, weeping hippie.

I am going to go with - it was a test with bad choices so I chose the middle answer every time

Something I remembered about myself today:

That until a few years ago, I thought sparkling water came out of the ground that way

Go me

I figured it out when my friend bought a Soda Stream

For the question about remembering someone's name or face or both-- I needed a "D) none of the above"
