My T introduced me to the idea of doing internal parts collaging years ago. I have several of them to track progress. In my collages the size and position of the parts matter. Size being more prominent in the moment... Positions such as parent above the child with healthy adult in between.. Meditating. Etc

I am waiting around for my gynecologist to give me the Lupron shot and simultaneously filling out the intake stuff for potential no. 6 tomorrow.

Reason for seeking therapy - would it be a bad idea to say "I am an alien from the planet Splork in need of understanding the human psyche"?

Cause that's how I feel sometimes.

I rented a car today for the heat and the humidity. Im resting at home right now between t and chiro. For once i wont be going to chiro lugging my groceries, looking like im homeless. My mother always used to complain that i "went around looking like someone who lived rough", only in italian. So its funny that chiro asked me. Kinda.

A solid hour of studying is pretty good, I think. Sometimes I can't even focus for ten minutes.

Um okay so I was telling T how I've been alone all day every day for a week now. I told him I wish I had someone to hang out with

Well I went back there to study and my rooommate shows up for a session with T. I ended up leaving when she left. I came home and she was here and asked me if I want to eat some chicken wings she is making and watch tv together while her husband is out at a group tonight

I said yes. I think it will be fun.. But... I'm wondering if my T put her up to this

I'm feeling sad all of a sudden, couch.

I miss the high feeling. Can I have that back, please?

Sooooo cute!!! Warning!

Went to chiro today, his toddler son was there, and his wife. After the gosling worked on me, he started on his wife, and the little guy started crying! Finally they figured out what was wrong, so the little fella stepped on the pedal to make the table drop, and he put his teeny tiny little hand on his momma's back and rubbed it for her "adjustment". Omg, the little guy was so serious! He has all the moves down! I dont think hes 18 mos old yet. Cuteness overload!
