I also understand the urgency at peeing where it feels like your body is trying to push out a baby. I told my urologist it is like the throwing up reflex, except, "down there" hahaha.

My mother is a retired doctor and any time I ask her about a potential health condition I get some version of wait and see or some basic advice that I've already implemented like drink more water. I think she doesn't want to deal with the possibility of serious illness.
