The chakra framework helps me explore the way I interact with these areas higher or lower in my body, and learn to connect them. And I think the attributions for each chakra generally hold true.

M sometimes uses them in guided exercizes, though he talks about them using the Chinese medicine equivalents since that is where his training is, not the Indian/ ayurvedic system.
The Duchess wants to start using Chakras in session and I know nadda about them.

I was a hero today! The bus didnt come by at 3:50, but i thought i saw it zipping past on the cross street, so half an hour later i kept watch on the cross street, and waved it down as it approached, so it stopped for us. One guy told me, "good catch!" i swear my poor toes got sunburnt waiting that half hour. But my ice cream did not melt. i had wrapped frozen green beans around it

She's hoping that it will help with my psychosomatic pain. And learning to feel my body. I'm not attached to it, I don't comprehend how feeling your body works

That is what M used it for.... it helped a lot though it can be very hard to do. There were some good reasons why I was disconnected from my body.

Me, too. I told DM I prefer it this way, especially since I can barely feel this ear infection and it isn't pleasant. What's wrong about going thru life without feeling?

I think I need to go wallow in hot water, self-pity, and possibly a moderate amount of alcohol.

Thanks for the hugs on Dear T and In Session, una.

Why am I even staring at the lap top screen when it is obvious I am not in the mood to open up my uni stuff. I want to be productive but that requires motivation, which I have none of right now. Maybe it will kick late this afternoon like yesterday.
