I may have to get kicked out to get my rear in gear.

I'm not expected back till tomorrow, so no fallout. Besides, one of the parenting things my mother is good at is standing back and letting your kids make their own decisions, without comment, even when obviously horrendous.

My parents would wait til later to comment. I thought i was doing something to make them happy, but they thought it was stupid, but they wouldnt say anything. Grr.

Also today in my session t told me that they just finished the upstairs in their practice and the goal is to have another kind of waiting room. It will have bio feed back machine, a place to do the sun lamp therapy. And then best part for me was that he said he was putting his chair up there. The chair he sits in during sessions. It's really comfy for one- but am I really silly to be excited about the fact that I could curl up in his chair before session?? That sounds so stupid to to admit. Lol

That's nice that he shared that with you. I wonder if my T and MC feel that way, too...? T did express some annoyance at one point at the length of my e-mails, but she has seemed OK with my recent, (mostly) shorter ones, even responding more often. (In her defense, I had been writing her some novels...) I still worry at times that they'll both get annoyed with me about them though, the fear of crossing some invisible line. Though it's less of a fear than it used to be.

I think... this festival is really good.

I feel loved? Somehow? I am not sure what that is. I feel like I belong and am important. And that people are taking care of me and I am taking care of them.

This is very new. It isn't like M, where I feel like I'm important and belong and he takes care of me, but I cannot reciprocate.

But it'll be over on Sunday. I have a dad-crush on the artistic director. In that I wish he were my dad. If it were T that would be "paternal transference" I guess. But it isn't T, so, dad-crush.

Glad you two are sorting it out. It's encouraging to know about a t who means what he says and says what he means...

I relate- Emails and phone calls. T says not to worry about the quantity and length of emails...or frequency of phone calls. I want to believe her...it's hard when I imagine I would find myself annoying if *I* was my T. Lol

Found out my thyroid level is severe hyperthyroid-istic. No wonder I have felt so awful and no wonder I have been doing such a crap job of self-soothing lately. (Hey, you guys, if I don't make sense sometimes, this may be why!)
We're going to fix it, though.

Yes, here I am, chatting away...hyperthyroidistic and everything:

About beans n toast for breakfast-

After working night shift in the hospital for a few years, you get used to eating almost anything any time of day...emphasis on the almost...

I love pancakes and I love baked beans

everything else the UK eats for breakfast just doesn't cut it.

Prec: what do you think about beaked beans as a price?

Mmm beans on toast, yum. I am usually reading these threads at breakfast time! But I think it might be scrambled eggs this morning.

I do that. And I read up tons about different therapeutic modalities used to treat them, I read the clinical manuals, I read up on whatever T tries to see how effective it is for my diagnoses... I do that a lot...

I was looking for cheaper apartments (which is basically an impossible thing to do here).

Gonna visit a flat that's 300$ more expensive than the one we currently life in tomorrow.
(The price would actually work out, as we had to pay less for electricity/water and the fact that it's basically next to BFs work place... And 20min closer to university)

Well done demunie, well done...

Beans are good! Prize(s) table over here--------->

Beans are high-ish in protein and fiber.

I like great northern, pinto, green beans and red beans. (not mixed together)
Do not care for kidney, lima or butterbeans.

Are chili beans actually kidney beans, or another variety altogether?

I cooked too much rice for tea I guess it's fried rice tomorrow.
I also took an extra 25 mg of seroquel on top of my 50 mmg extended release as the 50 mg has been taking up to 4 hours to kick in. It's just hit and I don't know if I will make it to the bathroom to clean my teeth.
Night all.
