Ugh, hope you feel better soon, Luco. Have you tried taking magnesium and riboflavin (a B vitamin) supplements? They can help with prevention of migraines--apparently most people who get migraines are deficient in those. But for now, get some rest, drink lots of water, maybe some caffeine (it can help).

+1 for the magnesium recommendation. My migraines significantly decreased when I started taking a magnesium supplement.
Thanks for this!

Hi couch. Well, I woke up, went to CVS, did the inventory prep stuff, then came home and laid down trying to go back to sleep, but couldn't, so here I am on the couch. I get to go back to CVS this afternoon. Silly agreeable Squirrel.

I was out for the week and y'all have changed your avatars, now I can't keep straight who anyone is

One more day... started at 8am, our final concert is 4pm-2am, then breakdown... my own performance goes up at midnight and I should be home and done by 4am.

I'm so sad to think about it
I love this new music family so much-- I never expected it and it's hitting me hard that I won't see these people til next year.

But

The percussionist who provided the cactus has not yet brought it home. If it isn't picked up by the end of the concert, he's mine

I just called roadside assistance for the first time. The kids were driving, felt a hard clunk under truck, was hard to steer, so they are sitting on the side of the road waiting for the tow. I'm freaking out. Update later.

That's for being patronizing! Hah! Now go back to bed, stay out of the sun and drink enough water

Yeah, I guess I deserved that, Munie!

I am going to try to get up and have a shower and eat some pizza. I don't know if it will work, but I've slept for about eighteen hours now and I really don't think I can do any more of that.

I didn't know about those supplements possibly being helpful, thanks LT. I think I'd have to discuss it with my doctor but it might be an option.

Today was my day off. I was going to do something fun with it.

Good to see you, Anais, and ((SM)) hope it turns out okay.

ALSO, whilst I'm here, it's nice to see Art back! Especially since I'd convinced myself that it was all my fault that she'd left. (Giving myself way too much importance there as usual.)

So... Yeah. Nice to see you again, Art.

I believe the people will be okay. I hope the car repair is not too expensive

Ugh, I am sitting in roboT's parking lot. I really don't want to do this. I know that him going on vacation has nothing to do with me but I'm feeling abandonment feels because I feel like July was going to be hard enough even if he were here. Plus it's been a rough night/morning. I found out at like, midnight that my brother in law is currently IP.

Thanks! The people are okay, the tow was free with roadside assistance, my neighbor is looking at it now. I always freak out about my car breaking, because I'm broke and cars are a necessity where I live with no public transport. Crazy SM.

That's what I was thinking! Turns out the wheel bearings are bad. He's going to have it back on the road for work Monday, and it only costs all the money I have to fix it. Yay!

I don't have the capacity to type up my In Session right now, so suffice it to say that session was harder than I imagined it being. At the same time, it was probably highly therapeutic.

Then it should have made the Three Stooges Curley "woo woo woo" sound before it went out on ya. I drove 4 cars to over 100k each - im an expert in breakdown noises! On the older cars, anyway - idk about the new robocars. Tho Im getting good at starting them - the ignition or the parking brake is often askew. Ive done 3 or 4 saves already, just random people, zipcars and regular cars.
Thanks for this!

A-hem. Are we going to have to fight over una?

Just remember, una, I know how to check tire pressure. I can even put more air in the tires, change a flat, change the oil, jump the battery, AND tell you which side of the car the fuel tank is located on with just a glance at the dashboard!
Thanks for this!

It was only within the last year that I learned how to tell what side of a car the gas tank is on. Way to adult, Daisy.
