The Couch 145 : I Stubbed My Toe On the Sofa.... COUCH!

Need to change for CVS soon. I am feeling a little tired. Don't know if it was eating or my shot or both. Maybe I can take a 30 minute cat nap before I have to go to CVS.

Just wanted to give to everybody missing their ts! I went a whole 7 days without seeing mine (usually its 5), plus there was family contact (snail mail) like on day 0 or 1, so it was pretty horrible. Horrible.

My T says, thoughts are thoughts, feelings are feelings and we are people that have thoughts and feelings but they are not us.

There are lots of reasons why thoughts and feeling pass through our minds, we capture many experiences from many different sources and try to make sense of them.

Well, I took a little cat nap. I am now up and dressed for CVS. Going to leave a little early today to drop off my scripts, like in about 10 minutes. Work till 9:45 tonight.

Then to come home and sleep so I can make it to C's on time in the morning.

I'm flying right along on my second Monday of the week. It's about an hour until go-home o'clock, but I'm done with all my stuff. Boredom!! Hugs for my couchies who need one!!

At CVS dropped off my scripts. Waiting for my shift now.

Hugs to people who need them. Just reading reminded me I shouldn't have told my t about the punishments because yesterday there was a lot questions asked about what I had eaten over the past few days (nothing much) I did not want it to be a big deal I just wanted to tell someone so it wasn't bottled up.

JD, I completely agree, thoughts and feelings are not actions. Plus these thoughts are from when you were a kid. Please stay safe, we all care and worry about you! Hugs for you if you want them..

Wtf? No. Another one to run from. Is she trying to show a fun side? I am lost for words. I don't like them smiling on their websites maybe just just a slight smile.

I would probably give the wood nymph one session, just out of curiosity. But in a serious iteration of this pose, it wouldn't bother me.

jdna, I have had thoughts like that before. It was a terrifying feeling. You aren't alone.

T texted and said if I was off work today I could come earlier. I'm at work (just got off a few mins ago) but I'm going an hour earlier than scheduled. All this attention suddenly, my goodness. She's missing me already haha.

I seriously think I am becoming jealous of the other parts. T doesn't talk to just me anymore.

Her upper arm is obviously Photoshopped. Which is odd to me because there are so many more things that could have been shopped instead.
