I gave him a peach. He asked where I got it. I said on the side of the road

Well 30 minutes till I leave for pdoc. Nervous as anything. It will be fine, Squirrel...it will be fine. Now if I would just believe that.

Then to come home from pdoc and relax a tiny bit before leaving for CVS. Busy day.

Just put a trigger warning or pm somebody!! It takes a whole lot for me to be triggered.

You can always PM it to me if you don't feel putting it out in public.

That was very brave of you to share with your T. And I agree with what he said. And, to channel MC here, we can't help what we think and feel--they're just thoughts. We're only in control of our actions.

Echoing LT here. Kudos to you for being so brave! Also, thoughts are not actions. I agree with your T, this has more to do with what happened to you versus something being "wrong" with you.

Hi, couch.

I got to pdoc early and got seen early. Home now.

He asked the dreaded question "what's going on?" After the emails, he well knew what was, but I guess needed me to say it in person. So, I did.

I reminded him that Invega was no longer covered when he said we would need to increase the Invega. He asked what was, I reminded him Aristada. He asked if I had ever been on Abilify before, I said no...he said we had to make sure I was not allergic first before moving forward with Aristada. Make sense. He wrote me a script for a month of Abilify oral meds and stressed that I HAD to take them every day. He also wrote a script for Aristada, should the Abilify cause no problems to get started on next visit. He want's too see me back in 3 weeks. Even though he wrote a script for Abilify he said we still needed to go ahead with the Invega injection today.

He said calling when I have problems is better than emailing and that when he is not in the office his clinical cell is always on.

Hope I can remember to take the Abilify for the next 3 weeks. I am a little nervous about it being used on top of my Invega injection, but I guess it will be fine. I know the Aristada is going to need to be ordered by the pharmacy, but the Abilify I should be able to get tonight to start tomorrow.

How do you know when you have homework due? Can you do something similar for your meds? Maybe you can set up a recurring meeting for your meds when you get your new computer?

I have to schedule my t, even tho its just one or two sessions a week, same days, same time (noon both days, tus & wed). Cuz otherwise a dentist or somebody will want an appointment and i will blank out!
Thanks for this!

Dude, its your life or hers. If shes making you choose, she is wrong. Crazy wrong.

Its like the scene in the pizzeria where Al Pacino confronts the NYC chief of police. You dont want to come out of the bathroom with just your richard in your hand. I dont know why this comes to mind!
Thanks for this!
