hey couch. can you handle more of my t saga? i've thought about it all day and I just emailed her back and said that i am out, and i requested a session in a month to say goodbye. I don't know if I will get a response this evening or not. I hope so. It will suck if I have to wait until tomorrow. I told her that is what I was trying to do anyway, be done/out. But that I had previously failed to tell her that I needed her to help me leave because I didn't really realize that until today. I don't know what she is going to say to this. I just don't. I feel like I have made such a mess of things just by sharing my feelings in an email. that's all i did. she took it to mean i wanted to not take the break. but i didn't say that. i said i wanted to share an observation and i did and i ended by saying see you in 4 weeks. as we'd scheduled. she chose to hear something else. Leave it to me to crash and burn the only helpful therapeutic relationship I've ever had. Sorry for carrying on so much a bout this couchies.

I go back and forth. I eat creamy 90% of the time, but every once in a while I want to buy a jar of crunchy.

Thats me. But i just got a jar of trader joes organic unsalted smooth, poured off the oil, and had literally less than half a small generic dixie cup, licked off a knife, and it waz amazingly satisfying.

I totally would wear fly-*** shoes all the time but I'm stuck in flats because of my back... I only wear heels on stage and then only when I'll be sitting on stage.
