I don't think I can wait two weeks, so my upstairs tenant is calling again tomorrow.

awful awful awful.
(Velcro) not anywere even remotely near bedbug-level but in my last apartment I went through the same thing with cockroaches, where I would find them and kill them on the regular but the guy couldn't do anything because it wasn't "an iiiinfestaaaationnnnn"

One morning i walked into my bathroom and massacred 37 newly hatched babies. Poor little guys. They're slightly cute when they're tiny

Night couchies. I'm heading to bed early again to watch some mindless tv and then fall asleep talking to t in my head. So pathetic. Sigh.

I better the hell get over this before the month is up.

When I nursing, on the kids ward there were 2 nurses who regularly did night shift together, on was Swiss and there were baby cockroaches running on the nurses desk and I can still hear her saying "Oh look at the baby cockroaches, arent the y cute?" Then the other nurse would come along and kill them with her fist and then a small ffight would break out. I loved they way she pronounced "cockroaches" it sounded so sweet.

The first time I ever saw a cockroach a few years ago I thought it was the cutest thing. I poked at it a little and named it and put it under a jar to figure out what it was and then was gonna set it free once my curiosity was satisfied.

During the research process, things went in the other direction pretty quickly

I am really sorry you are going through this.
Yeah, my upstairs tenant suggested that as well.

Hugs, Velcro. I hope that maybe they're not really inside your place. And if they are, that you get them cleared up soon. I know I'd have trouble sleeping or even just sitting on something upholstered if I thought we had them.

E-mailed MC (partly due to H's suggestion) just to let him know he showed up as a suggested friend on Facebook (I did confirm I didn't click on his profile). Because that could mean he'd show up for other clients. And also letting him know I'd had a good conversation with H about our relationship. He must have been reading his e-mail right then because he responded almost immediately with "Thanks, LT." I really hope he didn't think I'd been snooping again. Or that he wasn't annoyed by another e-mail today...(though he had already responded to my other one).

Lol. I took an entomology class in college, and we had an assignment to collect a few insect samples. My roommate excitedly told me she'd found one for me and put it in the freezer (in a cup, I think). Yeah, it was a cockroach that she'd caught in our dorm. In our mini fridge freezer... I did use it as part of my assignment though!

I am feeling the same way right now - "I wish I would grow up" - after I impetuously told t "I'm out" a couple weeks ago because something she said hurt me and cancelled the appointments we had scheduled for August 16th & 23rd. Now I feel miserable, and want them back, but she's out of town this week, and I'm afraid to even ASK. I'm glad you at least were able to ask, I hope your t can get you rescheduled.
