Dear T : I Need To Tell You Something, but Don't Know How... (Part XXVI)

I had to give up working in January. It was the best thing I did for myself. I was being triggered every day & my anxiety was sky high. I couldn't function properly & actually couldn't do my job properly either. I know how hard it is to keep going in a situation you can't cope with, but if I'd realised just how much better I would feel, I wouldn't have struggled for so long. However, I'm broke now, but broke & feeling better.

I miss you so, so, so much. Things have gone to crap and I could really use your help and support in navigating it all

Tomorrows session can't come fast enough. I'm relapsing. I can't make it stop. Expletive, expletive, fu@^ing expletive.
