Morning all. Very glad it's Friday.
Oh I really cried at Up too. Yeah i can cry at movies but not at anything else.

I'm in your pocket, capt.

...and welcome to cat icon club!

The first rule of cat icon club is... Talk about cat icon club.

The second rule is... Yeah, it's the same as the first one. Y'know, for emphasis.
Thanks for this!

Just got an email... There are people offering free psychotherapy as a part of a study they're doing.

Conditions of participation:
- *Some stuff*
- Must have experienced symptoms of anxiety and excessive worrying for more than the past 4 weeks

I couldn't help but think: "Oh wow, anxiety over 4 weeks and you get free therapy? Cool! Maybe I should start laying about how long I've experienced symptoms..."
I mean... I'm glad they do that and stuff. I'm always confused by the "in the past 4 weeks", "during the past month", etc. statements though...

It's a way of asking for moral support before your session with T
People can "hop into your pocket", so they are with you during the session.

ETA: not only sessions - we can pocket ride with you anywhere
Thanks for this!

That sounds really difficult. Has T officially told you about the pregnancy yet? Might be good to talk with him about it, either way.
Thanks for this!

I attempted to convince temporary roommates to watch hedgehog in the fog last night... but they were set on david attenborough. Not that i'd ever complain about that. But no farting this morning, so far at least.

I just remembered i talked with my mom a few days ago. I had buried that memory and i really wish it had stayed forgotten. What am i doing. I feel like i'm stuck in a fishbowl. I don't think anyone cares about this though.

Morning everyone.
Yesterday's therapy was emotionally draining. My T hadn't yet read my email about my breakdown after the previous session so he read it while I was sitting there. We spent most of the session talking about
Possible trigger:
I was feeling so anxious. I sat through most of the session with my eyes closed. He kept me an extra 15 minutes which is unusual for him to do. I felt like he really cared for me, but it was still a hard hour. I didn't go to work yesterday and I really, really don't want to go today either. sigh.

The (newish) clothes dryer has been broken for a week. Gah! I have bags of dirty clothes stacked up.

Repairman came today- the heating element was bad...he had a new one on his truck. Dryer is fixed, drying clothes as I type! Back in business!

Three cheers for the extended warranty agreement! No cost to me or mine!

My god, one cog in the wheel falls off and the entire circus crashes to a halt!

Next, rest. Next, vacuming. Next, rest. Next, hire landscaper to place gravel around my new house skirting to discourage animals digging into my crawl space. After that, new roof.
Phew!

Anyone have an arthrogram on their shoulder? Won't I need pain meds afterwards? That's scheduled for August 21st. I've read it hurts!
