I would make a thread about this but it’s not primarily therapy related- so I’m going to say it here.

Just found out I have kidney disease that’s reached to the point sometimes I experience confusion. I’m not always able to post clear concise thoughts.

Ok, carry on.

NP, I woke up thinking of you this morning. I am so so glad you have a friend going with you. I'll hold you in my thoughts today.

NP - I hope it goes as well for you as possible.

Prec - sorry to hear that. Is it treatable?

(((NP))). I'm sorry that your T can't be there for you. I think you're totally justified in telling him exactly how you feel about that, whenever you're ready to talk about it. I hope everything goes as well as can be expected today.
Thanks for this!

I’m not sure. I don’t know if I can recover what I’ve lost. I’m at stage 3. I’m reading there are five stages. Eventually a person can go on dialysis..and then kidney transplant. But I’m not at that stage yet.

I think we might switch around some of my medicines.

I need to redo lab work on Monday and see the PCP on Wednesday.

I drove on the interstate about twenty minutes one way to be with my daughter during her appointment with her cardiologist a few days ago. I took a wrong turn once going and three times coming home..in the rain. It’s not a drive I make often but it shouldn’t be that hard.
I don’t want to go on the interstate anymore.

The stopped SHing was meant sarcastically

I just found out last weekend that bassoons are off the chain expensive. String instruments are definitely in a realm of their own... but I had no idea about bassoons...

I remember (a very long time ago) when my parents were considering giving me a bassoon as a present - until we found out how much they cost - even decent used bassoons were out of the range of our budget.

I go in about 2 hours. I think I'm going to have a panic attack when I get to the courthouse.

(((Pre))) do you take otc supplements? The doctor made my mother stop them, and that showed an immediate improvement. She was also taking a large aspirin every day, not just the 81 mg baby aspirin, so she stopped that too.

Really the doctor was screaming at me (even tho she was following my brothers advice, not mine). She also started following a kidney diet, and she was pretty good for years after. For all the sausage and bacon she used to eat, im surprised she lasted as long as she did.

There are tons of resources online about the kidney diet.
Thanks for this!

Capt, can you write in English (if it's less triggering that way than using your native tongue) that your parents blamed you for abuse which is why you don't want them to see T, and then ask T to google translate it or something?
Interesting idea...
