Due to another medical issue or two, my pacemaker/defib replacement surgery scheduled for tomorrow needs to be rescheduled.

No surgery for me tomorrow.
It’s just as well.

I dozed off and had a dream about Info helping someone (not me) cover up a murder. Accessory after the fact.

Was the little spirit man the murderer or the murdered? Or, the witness?

I do believe the fate of the world may hang in balance until we determine the answer to this question.

BlessedCM...yes I have had parts come out in session. Whenever this happens my T always tells me who they talked to (if they know) and a summary of what each of yhem talked about.

I have also been recording my sessions for the past few months which really helps since I miss a lot of what happens due to dissociating. I seem to have made the most progress since I have been able to listen back to sessions. I am finally able to really listen in a grounded state and take in what was said. Recording was my T idea and he is very happy that it is helping me.

Being able to listen to my parts is also very enlightening although super weird.

Eta - i did a load of laundry, then i kept putting quarters into the wrong freakin drier.

The bio family is considering group therapy.

Except, there's a slight logistical issue -- they can't get along enough even to the point of going to the therapist's office as a group.

I am finding this.........awesomely amusing.

I’m shocked they can agree on a therapist.

Maybe they could podcast it and current t could listen to it? Not that she would actually learn anything from it.

My dog has my "jump/wake up whenever something moves in the room" system activated. This sucks.

They're using free / subsidized public healthcare (meant for really poor folk but no one checks that they're lying through their teeth about their finances) -- there's little, if any, choice to be had therapist-wise.

Yes he does but we never mention them by name except Cathy but she isn't supposed to come out as she made my life nearly impossible when I lived in Sydney
