Interesting you’re posting all the songs because one thing that came up in session today is that I hadn’t realized how many songs I associated with ex-MC, that stuff keeps coming up in shuffle that leaves me in tears. And how in that way it also reminds me of a romantic relationship (a comparison T has brought up a few times, which we discussed a bit today).

I do think a T relationship does have the hallmarks of a romantic relationship and I totally understand that. With each relationship/friendship break up I had a song that literally did play on repeat and it automatically does remind me of that time.

I thought of R with the following two songs "Do I wanna know if these feelings go both ways" and Taylor swift: "this is the last time I'm asking you this put my name at the top of your list."

How do you feel With Dr.T calling it like a romantic relationship?

Honestly the couch is here for all meltdown moments. I've done it twice in two days- perfectly normal!

How do you feel about MC now that he said he would still be there for you in a crisis?

I posted on the therapy and talktherapy subreddits about the sex issue. The therapy one banned me for some reason. The talktherapy people think the therapist is awful and crazy, including the therapists. Some said to report her. I felt defensive on behalf of the therapist, which confused me.

Perhaps some time away from the situation will give you the space to see things from a different angle.
