Has anyone ever spent a lot of time crying over a day or so and has it affected your eyesight? I just got new glasses and everything that was newly clear has become blurry today.

I am going to guess that your eyes may be dry. This happens to me when I cry. You could try a warm compress over your eyes.
I have an eye mask that I heat up in the microwave that stays warm for about 5 minutes, which helps to lubricate my eyes.
Like this one:
Amazon.com : Eye Mask - Microwavable Compress Pad with Storage Pouch for Soothing Heat Therapy - Ultra Absorbent, Washable and Reusable - Treatment for Dry Eyes, Pink Eye, Puffiness, and Sties - by Optix 55 : Beauty
I also use Bausch & Lomb Soothe XP Dry Eye Drops.

Yep. I cried an awful lot my eye still feels funny but I can see okay. Hopefully it'll return back to normal with more time.

I woke up and I feel so low. R didn't get back to my confirmation email just said he was coming back on monday. This monday? Monday next week? or the 27th. Why am I being so stupid about this?

I need to pay the woman T today if I decide to see her tomorrow. I'm not deeling with suicidal feelings anymore but just sadness. I hate that I've let myself become so dependent on R. My mind is a mess- I haven't been able to focus because all my emotional energy is used up.

For no reason that i can see or hear all the animals went mental. 3 cats bouncing off the walls and startling each other and the dog running in circles barking on and off for about 30 minutes.

Thanks whisper!

Just out of interest, and before I start watching - with the way I'm feeling at the moment, a documentary on Sylvia Plath probably isn't ideal viewing right now?

There have been no detectable earthquakes in your state for over a year.

It might be better not to watch it just now.

No please avoid until you're feeling better. I watched the movie the hours that that linked woolf and two other women- it was beautifully written but could very triggering if you're not feeling so good at the start.

That's a great movie, but yeah, definitely not one to watch if you're feeling really depressed.
