Someone in our team chat at work just mentioned they're hiring 150 reps here, I took that opportunity to announce that my desk would be available for a new hire if our boss would let me work at home! he was all I hear you loud and clear lolol

Can the webinar person see you too?
Could you do what they do in all the movies and just put a photo of yourself up in front of the camera, then proceed to the kitchen and make a snack?

Piaf. Got a notification of a registered letter yesterday. Just picked it up at the post office.

"Dear ATAT,

[A consultation about what? Her screw-up? My hearing? And, oh, what a waste of her effort!]

Then she encloses a check for $100. What happened to the bill that she said would be returned? Is she making interest off it in an account somewhere?

It is a good thing the only thing I planned to do today is get my Lupron shot later, then, since that renders me useless for anything else, go home, change into pj's, watch baseball, and eat whatever I want for once.

I wonder if a therapist gets hurt if someone punches them? (No, not gonna do that.)

I was reading this thread on another forum (mumsnet- even though I don't have kids) yesterday. All about how our UK chocolate has gone down hill since it was bought by Kraft. Someone posted that chocolate was supposed to be a luxury not an every day item.

Today I am doing stuff that is about as boring as grading. I had to get that stupid webinar done, my syllabus, my first lecture notes etc.

Me, too. The work is monotonous, and I didn't really want to be here today anyway, so that just makes it worse.

Any plans to go home and smoke something or light something on fire? What ever happened with your solar panel experiment?
