Well we got out of class early again. I turned in my exam and my homework. Before going in though I sat outside with a group of classmates and we all compared answers lol.
We're working early overtime this week and probably Saturday too. Lots of work right now!! So I'm super tired. Heading to bed, good night couchies! Or good day if you're far far away from me where it's not night! |

Lolagrace here. Probably won't post much, but we'll see. I actually came back for Rainbow, and once I am allowed to PM (have to post my first posts first and get through initial approval) I'll PM her.
Doing well. The long break has been a good one. Going to try to keep a low profile; I may completely fail at that but that's my plan. |

I was wandering Overdrive looking for a good novel when I came upon an announcement for a forthcoming book on emotional blackmail by “one of the nation’s leading therapists, Susan Forward.”
Can her real name really be Forward? That just seems like too much of a coincidence. I mean, sure, Usain Bolt, but a therapist named Forward? |

I didn't know she was still kicking around. All her titles sound like Dr Phil episodes. She was popular in the 80's.

I can't sleep my heart hurts like it's being crushed right now by just everything and I can't even cry somehow the tears that are usually always so easily there will not come. Thinking about losing my son or my h due to their current possible health issues and watching myself in the process of trying to

I woke up this morning with really sore upper left arm. I got a little cocky thinking my workout last night must have been to blame. Touching it feels warm and has a swollen spot, uh oh, did something bite me in my sleep?
Dumb*ss just this moment remembered I got my flu shot yesterday. Doh! |

I don't ever get flu shots as a general rule. I only got them when my person was sick because of how disastrous it would have been for her to catch it, but I have stopped. I did not see that it made a difference to me one way or the other. I still got a really bad cold each year which is what normally happens to me. Law students can be gooey sick creatures in a confined space - it seems to be the germ equivalent of a pre-school.

I’ve been advised by my doctor that if otherwise healthy I shouldn’t get a flu shot since I’m not in a high-risk group (the elderly or small children). Something about diminishing returns if you’re not in a high-risk group.
My mother thinks the same and only just started getting them when she hit 70. |

That's not how it's done. But the other departments don't have time to fill out the paperwork blah blah blah. Then why even bother if it's not going to be done right? Yeah, I know there is time costs in entering the material used, and the 5 to 10 % will probably all come out in the wash, but it just seems so pointless if we are just going to guess. Makes me feel somewhat useless. I'm lame and I like cost accounting so......I feel like what I do doesn't matter. Of course, there's other aspects to my job that I can try to find value in. But yeah, lets just guess. Right. (Sarcasm). Kit.
