I have a set of fleece sheets and I was worried that they would be too hot, but I find them wonderful. I do suffer from chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia though so heat does wonders. I find they work as well as flannel or maybe better. Kit

I use fleece on the top only. Im afraid of getting velcroed in and not being able to roll over. i use a doubled over empty fleece duvet as a top sheet when its really cold. Its all about controlling the airflow!

Eta i mean flannel. Fleece would really velcro you in, wouldnt it?!

Modal is made from a tree. That's all I know.

I have just realised i sm the only person in my ex's family who knew his dead brother was hep C positive, unless the other brothers are playing dumb. He confessed sfter he put some treatment in the fridge when he was staying with us, knowing i was a nurse and all.

Is it possible to do a trial run with him to see how he'd do? Like a probationary period of a week where you could possibly return him if he was aggressive toward your dog or brother?
Thanks for this!

My chiro has recommended acupuncture but does not offer it. A friend recommended it also. I’m curious but haven’t tried it yet. Not sure how it’s supposed to help exactly, thought my friend said she felt “a-MA-zing” after.

I want to try acupuncture but I haven't found a place near me that anyone has had anything good to say about it. But I really want to try it for my shoulder. Kit.

I really hope so. I had good feelings about your session, and it turned out okay. Maybe you having good feelings about mine will make mine turn out okay?

The worst thing ever is wearing fleece pajamas while sleeping on flannel sheets. I don't know if it's just my electric personality but rolling over and trying to unbind the sheets from the pajamas, I swear I saw sparks. Yes, getting Velcroed in is the perfect description.

Today's session was so hard. I shared something that was hard to share. He reassured me that everything was okay with us and what I shared was totally understandable. He asked if I believed him and I said "For now. Give it a few hours." I do this. I share then later I freak out, sometimes less than 10 minutes after leaving his office. He said if that happens to remember the words he had said to me. Right now I'm wishing I had asked him to send me a reassurance email sometime tonight, but I didn't. I can remember his words, but I want him to email me for some stupid reason.

Day 3 of low carb diet down. I won’t post numbers. But everything was higher. Carbs stayed well below the daily target though.

4 weeks ago about right now I was getting home from my last therapy session with L. Weird.

H and I are talking again. We just finished putting together the 3rd bookcase after I got off work. The library-room is coming together now. We talked a little bit more about his blowup the other morning.
Possible trigger:
He said "I wasn't serious. But it got the desired result, I found out how you felt." I told him that was so not okay. He just said "Don't worry about it. I'm over it." I sorta folded into myself at that point and couldn't talk about it anymore. So we changed the subject.

I'm still finding my way through this. I'm thinking I might call L for a one-off session about all of this after I've worked through it some more inside myself. I don't know yet.
