I don't like dressing of any sort really. Sometimes I will add oil and vinegar if I am having company, but I really prefer it plain.

Hugs, Elio, that sounds like a lot to go through. Glad you still get to be grandparents to him though. And he’s adorable!

H never uses salad dressing. I like vinaigrettes generally, but there’s a garlic cream dressing at a local place that I like.

I learned just in the past month that I like salad better without dressing.

If it’s Greek salad, I don’t need dressing because the olives and feta provide enough contrast in salt and acid to the lettuce. (Uh it’s possible I’ve watched too much Top Chef...)

I ended up coming home a day late from vacation. The airport had a major incident and I had to wait all day while my flight time kept changing to later and later and later and later. Ugh. I finally now am home, a day later and I don't have a day to rest. So, this is going to be an exhausting week at work. No T this week. I am not a fan of myself as of late.

On a good note, my D liked what we got her and my dog is so happy to see me -- he won't stop kissing me and he isn't letting me out of his sight.

ok now i realise most the stress in my life came from my ex. he rang twice last night convinced that i was going to be flooded as i am quite near a low lying suburb but i couldnt convince him that you actually drive up an incline to get to my suburb so it was safe from the flood.

It was finally warm enough today to take the dog for a nice proper walk. We went to the local park and walked around the path. It was nice to get out in nature for a little while then I had to give the him a bath because he got a little muddy. He was pleased with the walk and less so the bath but all well ends well. I will probably take him for a short walk this evening around the block then settle in for the night. H will be tying up the TV with the Super Bowl so I’ll probably go upstairs to my room and stream something on my IPad.
Thanks for this!

I am eating broccoli chicken cheese casserole hot from the oven and trying to remember what I know about the Punic Wars.

I’m not watching the Super Bowl. I know Tony Romo’s going to win.

No one is missing anything by not watching the SuperBowl. It's incredibly boring. 3-0 at the half. Zzzzzz.

And I want Rams to win because they're not the Pats, but they're looking so bad offensively that I don't see any chance of it happening. I would not be surprised if they got shut out.
Thanks for this!

My boys are watching the Super Bowl with their dad. I am reading in my cozy chair, and catching up on emails and the like.

I went downstairs and stole the Cheetos. They are vile and addictive at the same time. You all can have the Oreos and the other sweets, salty-crunchy is my junk food nemesis.

It's hard to read or type with orange fingers.

Maybe I should turn it on—I like low-scoring. More tension. But that is probably the baseball in me talking.

I also love Cheetos, but not the crunchy ones, the curly ones. I attribute this to my parents using them during potty training. (Have at it, Freudians.)

Really? I am having a blast! I love Tony Romo's digs at THE WORLD for complaining he talks too much! "that darn jim nantz predicting the missed field goal" "gee my mike is broken!"

Yes, salty-crunchy for me, too! Crunchy Cheetos are awesome. And sometimes, I love the salty-sweet (yogurt-covered pretzels, kettle corn).
