I downloaded Stardew a couple of months ago and I cannot figure out what I am supposed to be doing or what the point of it is at all.

There kind of isn't a point. You putter around, make friends, grow things, mine things. You can collect things to restore the community center. You can get married and have babies that sometimes get glitchy and stuck in the walls. It's just like life.

Unfortunately we played Stardew a lot when I had morning (all-day) sickness, so now I can't hear the music without feeling nauseated. It's a shame because I used to really like the game and the music.

I couldn't figure out the rules or how to do anything. At one point I was wandering around someone's house in a creepy sort of way and couldn't go anywhere else.

And getting babies stuck in walls is not as much a part of life as it is a cry for help or how to get a neighbor to a call dfs on you.

Yes and no. i didnt feel like i was getting anywhere but my T said sometimes we need to stop struggling in order to get somewhere. i felt i have been struggling and the fact i am really reluctant to talk and tolerate all the intensity seemed to tip me that way.

It is chemical crap you spray on clothes to make them smell better. I don’t usually use stuff like it but my son is being... well... a stinker... literally... so a nice cold shower to wash it out of my eyes and we are all good.

H is being a royal pain tonight. He's complaining about a headache. I tell him to take something. He says he can't because it interferes with his bp meds. *SIGH* Then he said that he's worried it might be a stroke or something worse.

I do not need his **** right now! I need time for me and someone to listen to my woes. So frustrating!

It's okay to quit or take a break when you need to. Therapy is rough.Esme mentioned neurofeedback previously, for me anyway i think it's better to lay a strong foundation first that allows you to a actually cope with trigger stuff.

I'm still in reputure mode with R and have been for the past month..I wish I didn't send him the gift card, but I did. Last week I did have a breakdown and I couldn't reach him, which was the same thing that happened the last time in january. I feel like he isn't there when I really need him.

I dreamt that I was talking to a new counselor in a hall as students went by.

I had previously received an email about free counseling linked to my school but the location is actually an hour away from me, but I emailed asking if we could do a phone/ skype session instead of in person.
