Thanks! I was getting so bored watching TV so this is a good replacement as i can do it kicking back in my reclining chair.

Trial day at new job went well. We are still on track to start July 8th.

Why is it the animals in this house use their words better than the humans? Is it time for T yet?????

Youre definitely having a difference of opinion with him. And its not boring. I havent seen mine in a year and i havent even STARTED complaining yet. Watch out when that deluge starts!

Seriously, its also NHS vs USA. That plays with your head a bit, that we have different attitudes. We're all like, report him, sue him!

When I read it over I am seriously doubting whether we were in the same room together ever his version of my therapy is different to my experience. I know I hve problems with my memory due to my dissociation but there must be a bit of consensus somewhere right?

My T and I have agreed that I can email him when I’m in distress with the knowledge that he won’t email me back. This is supposed to be because he wants us to have a relationship built on more than his responses to my distress... he doesn’t want my illness to be the mediator of our relationship. He has said that even though he believes in this practice, he often feels guilty not answering these messages. And sometimes he does respond to them (more so if they’re questions or thoughts rather than just desperate expressions of distress). But that intermittent response thing is just the worst—it leaves me kind of hoping he’ll respond and not sure if he will.

Ugh.

I have a small ar-home rowing machine and clever me decided every time I watch baseball I’ll row for two innings plus commercial breaks. That’s about 30-40 minutes.

But when the pitchers are off their games and allowing lots of runs and base runners, it’s more like over an hour. Ouch, my poor sitting bones.

Hey couchies, looking for pocket riders tomorrow to see T. I am in a lot of pain physically and emotionally but don’t typically get Sui or SH so I am having trouble having my pain taken seriously by anyone other than T... which is making me insanely dependent on T and uncomfortable. I know I am going to have to ask for what I want tomorrow and I’m not ready to. I have my intake with old Pdoc Friday so I have that to fall back on if things don’t go well tomorrow... but I need them to go well tomorrow. I need T’s office to smell right (I may bring the essential oil myself in case he is still out of it) and I need him close and willing to hold my hand... even if we don’t do anything else all session.
H caught me with a death grip on the weighted lap pad that I made that matches T’s office because my son scared me... now H is all pissy.
I just want T.

I especially love recipes that look flexible, as in "quinoa or other grain." I'll bet you could make it with other beans and other greens too, and it would be delish and different each time. YUM.

I think sometimes there are no words for pain, You don't have to say the right thing. just being there is enough. I think DD coming to you says a lot.
