Yes ..in the end it’s a good thing. They’ve been fighting since she was pregnant with my now 16 month old niece. It’s better for her for them to end it.

Well there you go. Natural bristles. Only brush it when its dry, never wet. Brush it thoroughly before you wash it. Bend at the waist and brush it upside down, kwim? Like start at the nape of the neck and brush up, not down. Then move up an inch or two, repeat. At the top of your head you are brushing it forward. Just make sure you brush it against the way you usually wear it. And shampoo your brush once in a while too. I wish i had my old hair!!

I had a good session with T tonight. We talked about the assessment, and I told him I agreed to the partial hospitalization. I actually was able to tell him I was worried it'd affect us working together during that time. He seemed more than willing to figure out a way to keep working together in some way during it, if that means still meeting, or doing check ins. He knows that it helped keeping in contact during inpatient. It's hard to believe that someone isn't kicking me to the curb or pawning me off to someone else for once.
He also keeps mentioning the hospital I did inpatient at, and saying if it occurs to me that they were wrong and not me. And asked if my decision to would be different for choosing between inpatient and php if I didn't take my H's wishes and opinions into account.

Thanks, NP, that was great! Some actors are cute but incoherent without a script, but not our Idris. And those were some challenging conditions!

Honestly, i would advise a Codependents Anonymous meeting before all this other cloak and dagger stuff. Of course, its not as much fun. Somebody has to be sensible around here. And when thats me, you know we're in trouble!
Thanks for this!

It's 3am here. H just woke me up because one of the dogs peed in the hallway and he wanted me to clean it up. Yes, I clean up after the dogs, but he's perfectly able to do it. The mop is in the hallway for that reason. So after I'm done, I go outside to smoke, and he goes out there with me and started talking to me about his resume, even though he knew I was mad at him for waking me up.

None of this would have happened if he'd just go ro bed on time. He stays up till 3am to take his pills (he has to take them 12 hours apart), and then till 5am he's playing games on the tv. He says it's his time to relax. I go to bed at midnight and sleep till 1 or 2.

He could change his med time to 12 and 12, but no. He'll be so tired if he ever gets a job.

I can't wait until Friday to see L. I hope I have a good session. I need it.

I read a story of someone who was so low they were sui. As they sat there crying their cat came up and would not stop talking. They said that chatty cat saved them. Someone else mused that maybe the cat gave them one of their 9 lives. Super cute story.

Maybe your cat just wanted to tell you a joke and make you smile lol

Possible trigger:
Her mom had this cat who hated everyone and wasn't affectionate at all. She spent the whole night sleeping on my stomach, like she knew I needed comfort.

If it continues, might be good to get checked out by a doctor, just to be safe.

The only time my kitty Esther tells me a story is when she's hungry. Then she talks and talks the whole time I'm preparing her food. Amelia (aka baby kitty) will talk to me when she comes in the house through the doggy door. She enters into the dining room and if we are all out of that room, say in the living room or the bedrooms, she will talk to us, like "Hey, where is everyone?" If I talk to her then she settles down. She just wants to know where everyone is. Esther's voice is teeny while Amelia has a pretty loud meow.
