I haven’t eaten Oreos in over six months, you know.

Maybe you’ve been conditioned by all the fake food you eat into thinking it’s good?
Thanks for this!

"Quest Bars were created from a simple idea: healthy food should taste amazing with zero compromises and it could be both delicious and good for you. People eat for enjoyment rather than sustenance, that’s why Quest is driven to engineer foods that don’t compromise on taste or nutrition.

With Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest may have succeeded in making the most delicious protein bar possible. Made with chunks of real dark chocolate, this bar has the taste of real homemade cookie dough and a taste so unbelievable, you'll think you're eating the real thing!
Protein Blend (Milk Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate), Soluble Corn Fiber (Prebiotic Fiber), Almonds, Water, Unsweetened Chocolate, Natural Flavors, Erythritol, Cocoa Butter, Palm Oil, Sea Salt, Calcium Carbonate, Sucralose, Steviol Glycosides (Stevia)"

I hate the taste of stevia and sucralose (splenda) -blech

Yeah, I was waiting for, "It's not you, it's me" at the end there.

I can't deal with stevia or Splenda either. Or nutrasweet/aspartame, but that also gives me an instant headache if I accidentally consume some. And it's a very specific headache--like I only get it from that.

I finally got my exercise mojo back, yesterday and today. It took a few days to recover from my pharmacy refill neglect reenactment, plus the flu shot. Like my whole body shut down. I didnt sweat, i didnt poop, i hardly peed. My lymph nodes in my neck got all swole.

But im back now! All couchyamorous!

Hey couchies! Long day, out of office doing training for the new role at work. Groceries and take-out run. Paid bills after that. 9pm is too late for the first couch check of the night!

Hugs for everyone who wants one. Have a good night.

Thanks everyone, just had to vent. I'm sure everything will be fine. Tempers just flare sometimes. I fight so much everyday I have no time for fighting people.

I saw my pcp today for a follow up for my school's disability letter. It was a lot of checking in about how things are going but a lot about my H and the SA. Now hoping she writes the letter or I'm back at square one on trying to figure out who can write the letter.
