Netflix for me would be:
Zorro the Gay Blade
Wet Hot American Summer
Waiting for Guffman
Dr Strangelove
Dogma
(I have no idea if these are or are not on netflix - they are just the movies that come to mind that I watch)

Unofficial couch poll....I texted my Pastors wife on Tuesday because i was really struggling to not SH. She responded. I'm still struggling to not SH. Is it too soon to text her again? How much is too much? I don't want to wear her out.

Hugs, Kit.

I think it's fine to text her if you need to.

I agree. That's what she's there for. It's okay to text her. If you're worried, voice your concern (i.e
Sorry to bother you...)

I agree that it's okay to text her again if you need to. I understand the feeling of not wanting to wear someone out or be a burden by wanting support though. I hope you reach out.

H found out today I broke the computer. It fell off his dresser and now the led screen has a black mark in the corner and the frame is bent. He initially said it was fine and he knew it was an accident then started saying how much of a klutz I am and thank God for warranties. He also apologized for
Possible trigger:
Didn't feel like a genuine apology at all. This was before the letter in the mail about CPS though.

I am annoyed that i read a lengthy news article only find it was just a giant ad for a global company. I am sick of this.

That is not an apology. It is a manipulation to somehow make you feel badly (because it "sucked") when he is at fault.

Sitting at Ts on a Friday morning feels weird after we already had our weekend talk yesterday. I'm glad though to have the flexibility to come in again and that he offered. Just is throwing me off already.

I have to see my endocrinologist today and get all my results from my bloodwork. Shes not going to be happy about the weight gain but I'm thinking its the abilify.

My daughter failed the hearing test yesterday so today I have to take her in for a checkup. And I have a meeting with my son's teacher to see about his grades.

I think I've given myself diabetes eating at the dining hall. I got up three times in the night to pee. Was so exhausted this morning I missed class. Have already peed twice in less than 4 hours. This is very unusual for me. I usually only go maybe three times a day. Definitely not a UTI. Ordering some test strips to see if there is glucose in my urine.

I went back to see Liz again after our three month break, and it went really well. I told her that for right now I would like to talk mostly about everyday relationship and work stressors to ease back into things, rather than jumping right into deeper issues and trauma stuff. She was helpful in exactly the way I hoped she would be, and it reinforced my decision to give her another try. I am hopeful now that I can get the best parts of her and Amy because they are very different from each other but they both have useful things to offer.

I'm a little disappointed because my friends I invited to dinner this weekend can't come. They said it's too busy of a weekend for them. It's alright, like we will just do it another time, but I did have my hopes up a little and now they are, well, whatever they are. On the other hand, I probably don't have to clean my room as much. So I guess that's a good thing. Still kind of disappointed though.

I feel like crying....I don't want to cry at work. I also feel like SH-ing. I try not to do that at work, but I kind of don't care right now.

Can you get yourself to a bathroom or somewhere quiet for a bit?

What's triggered you?

Your H sounds like a ****. He has no right to just take what he wants.

Accidents happen. My brother's laptop's screen was damaged so many times.

How was T today?

Session was good. T said she was proud of me for something (I know that phrase has mixed reactions from people but I thought it was nice) and she thinks EMDR might be having a positive effect based on the connections I am making with people.

Maybe it would be better if you went to your doctor. They could test for other things too.

I'm glad to hear that EDMR has been helpful for you and that she can see the progress you're making.

Probably, but I don't wanna... I'm tired from interrupted sleep and my head hurts. I definitely don't want them telling me I have to go off and see somebody who isn't in the student health center. That would cost me too much money.

I will go if the strips say there is glucose in my urine. I'm scared I have adult onset type one due to the rather sudden onset. The only other symptom that I can think of that might be related is my bouts of severe nausea and vomiting.
