Even though i love that my D is learning to drive i dont like the feeling of not being in control the car. I know she is an excellent driver i still get anxious.

My T has suggested meeting twice a week instead of once. I’m not quite sure what to do. On the one hand I think that we’re getting into some really intense material, and therefore I am struggling right now; the additional contact might be helpful with that. On the other hand, there’s the expense, plus the concern that I’ll just get more and more dependent on him.

I know I’m late to the conversation but on double strollers:
I use them for work all the time but I’m not like rude people who use them and claim the whole sidewalk. I move out of people’s way so they can get past. |

Chihiro, you can always just try it for a couple weeks and switch back if it’s causing you too much distress. You can also bring him your concerns. Also yeah, money. You’re a struggling resident.

My goal this weekend is to finish the last 2 discussions for the class and finish the last 2 assignments there are. I'm working on one right now, which is easy...less than 500 words response. Then week 6 is the longest one so I'm going to save that for last. I did all my participation posts for this week already.

The kids’ dad is moving out today.
My girlfriends were going to take me out for the day, but I froze trying to think what to do then realized I just want to be alone. So we’re going to lunch and pedis tomorrow instead. Today I will go to a coffee shop to study. One kid is a little weirded out by the whole thing, so I am picking him up from his class and delivering him to his dad’s, with probably a bit of a drive and a talk in between. Transitions are hard.

Going to go see a movie in a while. I'm not feeling very well emotionally. The movie looks funny...Playing With Fire. Maybe it will be a good distraction.

Having a nice chill day—took a bath and two naps! Also going on two dates. The first one was with a guy I’d met before and really liked but the date today was just fine. Meeting a new guy this afternoon, am feeling just meh about him based on his online profile but you never know.

I went to breakfast and shopping with a friend today, spur of the moment thing. I also washed dishes and did laundry all the way up to hanging up the clothes (this is very rare, usually they live in baskets) and now I'm cooking dinner. I don't know exactly what's gotten into me but I'll take the productivity. Have a great weekend couch!

Some creep here at my place (he's the only suspect) stole my lighters and cigarettes from our patio! I feel so violated! Pretty sure it's him because, well, he's a creep, he's walked into neighbor's apartment without asking, and he has asked me for cigarettes in the past (which I always said no). Now I'll have to keep my stuff inside. That's not a big deal. Nor is the loss of stuff. It's the idea that someone was on my property and touched my stuff!

I'm feeling really down and emotional tonight again and I'm not exactly sure why. I'm letting my kids stay up a little later since it's the weekend but I'm ready for them to go to bed so I can be alone.

Went to work tonight after being off sick. I got so short of breath at one point that my co-workers debated having me admitted to the ER.
I hope I feel better tomorrow because I have a longer shift - plus being short of breath when walking anywhere is a bad thing for a security officer |

Kids have been in bed for a few hours now at least, but I can't settle down enough to sleep. Finished my week 7 assignment so that's now out of the way and I only have week 6 left to do.
Sorry for the continuous school updates, just a way to keep my mind off stuff. |
