Yeah, I use slides but only as visual aids, I don’t put my lecture on them. This lecture had only three, one a quote, one a map, one pictures. So also not an option.

When my voice recovers I’ll record it. Right now I’m still being irritated with myself.

Can’t even blame new cat.

Oh no - that is a nightmare of mine. Sorry you have to re-do it.

Made covid casserole last night. Chicken, garlic, herbs, broccoli, cheddar cheese in a sweet potato crust.

It is exactly what my throat and my psyche need after that second recording.

I was in a bad car accident last night. The woman plowed right into me going 50 miles an hour in a residential area where the speed limit is 25. She totaled my car. When she plowed into me my entire face hit the steering wheel and I was bleeding everywhere. Luckily I was able to “walk” off the scene with just a concussion and facial bruising. I had an xray

Done and nothing is broken. My mouth is really hurting because of how hard my face hit the steering wheel but surprisingly none of my teeth were knocked out, but they are now shifted to the right even though none are loose. I’m okay. Just really shaken up. I asked her what the heck happened and she said she’s so sorry she didn’t see me. I wasn’t even stopped, there was nobody in front of me. I was driving along minding my own business then BOOM. I’ve been feeling slightly luckily lately working for doctors and managing to somehow steer clear of the virus so far, but then this happened last night. I can’t sleep and my head, back neck and face is killing me.

Okay I’m sorry. I know I’m not really posting anymore. So carry on. I was just hoping writing it will take some power out and calm my nerves a bit.

Thinking of you all. Stay safe in this horrible alternate reality we are living in. Hugs to everyone. No kidding. Everyone.
I'm glad you're OK. Holy hell.

My top three are Lady Edith Crawley, Brandon Stark, and Raj Koothrappali. The only one I am familiar with is Game of Thrones. Though I have said I wanted to watch Downton Abbey. Maybe that's what I should do with my quarantine time.

Oh, i think you would like the Community tv show. Well, maybe. Its about a community college study group. A group of misfits. Dr Ken is in it, chevy chase, some cute girls, danny glover and your abed, and the guy from talk soup. And the dean of the school is hilarious. They did a take on My Dinner with Andre that was sooooo great. Abed is verrrrrrrry dry. And sees everything as a movie. You would really love the episodes where they have homework for their psych classes. Sarcasm.

I enjoyed the series very much. Its offbeat.

You’re totally Abed. If you have Netflix they just started streaming Community.

The hospital is insane. Using garbage bags as PPE. Turning a random post-op room into an ICU. Non critical care nurses working in the ICU under the direction of one overburdened qualified nurse. Using medicines I’ve never had to give before.
Possible trigger:

This is new and scary and heartbreaking. It almost feels apocalyptic.

I had a dream last night that Liz was cutting my hair. In the dream, she had been a hairstylist before becoming a therapist, and she was doing an excellent job. I was confused as to why she could cut my hair but not see me in person for therapy, but I wasn't going to look a gift haircut in the... shears?

Clearly this is related to me deciding a few days ago that I am probably going to let my wife cut my hair because I would rather have a goofy short haircut than a shaggy long one. Can my marriage survive this risky decision?!
