I know people who have had it but none who have been very sick with it. A couple had no symptoms at all. I wouldn't say I am particularly worked up about it. I don't want to get sick and I wear a mask and if out and about I wash my hands when I get back usually, but I don't spend time worrying about it.

Im too weak to push myself out of memory foam. I can only roll out, eventually. Its scary! Plus its too hot.

Nope, dont know nobody with covid. But then i dont ask people, either.

I accidentally touched the hand of my prescription delivery person - her skin was so soft! Then i was like, omg, i gotta go wash my hands! Im such a jerk. But wow, really, her hand was like baby skin. I might be a touch touch-deprived!

Finished assignment 1 a little bit ago, we had to write a minimum 400 word paper answering 6 questions with references for each of our answers. I am going to be in big trouble if they ever say a maximum of 400 words...

I wish I could sleep anywhere. I do like my memory foam mattress -it is one of the firmer kind. But I can't sleep anywhere generally. I have had insomnia my entire life. The best part about having pneumonia is that I could sleep anytime and anywhere. I couldn't do anything else which was a bummer but without oxygen - one really doesn't care all that much. Really - it is how I want to die it was so great. I mean not now - but they don't call it the old person's friend for nothing

It was an actual truckload of moving gravel and they were both on it jolting down unpaved country roads. He was very impressed.

Well, one week in and a huge out-break has blossomed in the Greek houses. And, yes, the University is testing the waste water, and that's how they were alerted. All students were tested within 2 weeks of arrival, and then again upon arrival, so they know it was the result of community spread. And most students here are also self-selecting remote classes, so the spread is definitely from off-campus socializing. Big surprise. Seriously, a million dollars of planning and yet they were delusional enough to think students would socially distance off campus?

Is there some rule that smoke and CO detectors only ever start beeping (for low batteries) in the middle of the night? And that it's never the first device you check? Sigh...

Now that I don’t have the structure of studying I don’t know what to do with myself.

We are now at several hundred cases. Other schools have shut down for less, but by gum, not us.

The town tests the wastewater and there has been a rise in the virus’s presence, but they don’t seem able to link it to specific houses or dorms. Students did have to submit a negative test to move in and we’re all now subject to weekly randomized testing.

I only have one student who uses our classroom, and not every day.

I'm sorry you're struggling so much C.

I spend a lot of time looking up homes online on rightmove and playing SIms 4 when I don't feel so great.

Maybe you could make a movie/ book list. Stay in bed going through them? Or what about studying something else just not medicine related. There's a lot of cool stuff like the history of cheese .

I'm sorry to hear that, Chihiro.

Is there some way you can distract yourself? A movie, mandolin practise?

I feel like a deflated balloon after yesterday's anniversary - hard to believe that I get to do it all over again on Wednesday, but luckily I have session on Thursday, so will be able to debrief a little then.

I need to call J and break up with him. I need to call my T and tell him that things are bad.

But what I’m going to do is stay in bed and not move.

ETA: Called J. He didn't pick up (I forgot he's at his family's lake house today).

Did it, broke up with J. He was nice about it.

He happened to be close-ish to the area and came to my apt to return a parking pass of mine he still had. It made me sad to see him.

I was super unhappy and now I'm still super unhappy.

I am trying to search for an actor who was in a lot of things in the 80s who played mainly Mayors and gangsters. I am slowly going through a list of 500 actors who played villians and i havent found the one i am thinking of but have discovered i confuse a lot of actors in my mind
Found him it was Harvey Keitel.

I feel worthless today; I got nothing done except grading one assignment that's based on effort, not accuracy. Restaurants in my town are closing down inside dining because covid cases are increasing by 50 or so cases per day since the college students have come back. I enjoy dining out so this bums me out. Back to shelter in place and take out orders. Except for the two days a week I have to be on campus, of course.

Just throwing this out there, but if we stick with the original Greek it’s legomen. You want to go Latin, legimus.

They both have broad foreheads, but i always associate david margulies with james garner and love american style. Unless i mean his brother scott. Now i have to look it up.

Nope i meant stuart margolin. Completely different goof!

Officially, it's LEGO and an adjective, not a noun.
