I can so relate. The ex's voice echoes in my head sometimes and I find myself having to do a quick perception check with other people: Is this reasonable?

Drove a friend a couple of hours away and back to get her final covid vaccine. I prefer driving over standing in a line for two hours. The places around here giving mass vaccines are completely screwed up and the one a couple of hours a way was a comparative delight

What a great weekend, it was just the absolute perfect time for this seminar to happen, after I've been feeling so bad lately. I feel like I'm past the worst of it. It really helped me get out of my head. And as a plus, I have only a 4 day work week, then I see L again on Friday.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I am sleeping better now i have decided to text/email. Honestly i find it really hard to take in information over the phone and until my exT diagnosed me auditory processing disorder i thought i was stupid. With testing i did and without my coping mechanisms of lip reading and repeating things back and another one i didnt realise i was using i have a 55-65% understanding.of things i hear.

I still hear 2ex on occasion, telling me I'm boring. Or have no personality. Or, my favorite, that no one normal whips the eggs counterclockwise.

Are you left handed? My dad is left handed and he does somethings differently because of that. I don't notice until I do a couple of things the way he taught me and people look at it as odd because I am not left-handed. He plays golf right handed because he learned from my mother's father who was right handed and they only had right handed clubs available for him to learn on

I don't write left-handed but I do a lot of other things naturally left-handed--bat, play lacrosse, golf, pour liquids, etc. 2ex would complain sometimes I had a left-handed way of looking at the world.

I beat eggs with the whisk in my right hand.

I play pool left handed and can bat left handed amongst other things.
I couldn't whisk counterclockwise easily and would probably slosh them out, but if someone is cooking eggs for me, I don't care how they get whisked.
Although I might wonder about it....

No - Pretty much the pets being in peril or the stove on fire are the only things I can think of yelling at a partner about. And even then I considered it yelling to rather than at because they hadn't noticed. I have been known to yell about things but not at people generally. I wouldn't be much for being yelled at either. One time when my person sliced her thumb very badly cutting vegetables for tempura, she yelled at me because I insisted on turning off the pot of hot oil before getting my car keys to drive her to er -but that was a bit extenuating I think

One time i filled out an application at a rental property for a roommate, and one of the questions was like, "i would be very surprised if my roommate..." and i wrote in "was on fire." For some reason i didnt match with anybody

Eta - now i want to rewatch the original howards end. Now that i m not sitting on a crooked board. But i do miss that movie theatre. It was the one that showed all the hippie dippie movies, in an already hippie dippie town.

Growing up, my immediate family were all left-handed except for me. My mother was very disappointed that I was right-handed. I am however, a switch hitter in baseball

Both my husband and I are left-handed. No one that I know of in my family is, but my mother in law is. I’m almost predominantly left-handed but my husband is closer to ambidextrous. He plays most sports right-handed.

I don’t eat other people’s yogurt.

I cannot believe how stupid some people are. Our state now has compulsory mask wearing as well as social distancing, up until now outside of a covid hotspot you jutbsocial distanced and people are asking if in our part of thenworld if we have to wear masks. ALL OF THE STATE PEOPLE. what is so hard about that statement.
