One of the many benefits of being a lesbian was not having to deal with birth control.

I once asked the therapist if she was stalking me and I was mostly kidding. I did not really think she was stalking me but I did want her to know I expected her to stay out of my real life. No one thought I would stalk one of them - I didn't like either enough to bother. IF one on them asked me such a thing as a serious matter, I would probably burst out laughing at their insane narcissism - like they thought I would find them so fascinating and that I don't have a life or something. But in general, I would take such a statement as a joke. I think any of it is fine unless you try to move in with them, join them on vacation, or hang out at their kid's school. Otherwise I would not worry about it.

Thanks LT. I don't think either of us are stalkers.

Maybe it was a joke that fell flat?

But you absolutely don't have to beat yourself up for looking at her public profile, so please take it easy on yourself.

Thanks Stressed. I've sure I've used the word myself in a non-serious way. I guess I'm still just so afraid that I really am 'bad' that it felt so judging coming from her even if she was joking. I'm trying.

New cat recently walked off with my mother's stitch counter (it's also a knitting placeholder) and refuses to disclose its whereabouts.

Good point, there. I do not even want to know how many thousands of dollars I have paid her over the years.

I think that buys me (extremely giant quotation marks coming) "permission" to look at her stupid very public what amounts to advertising of her services online occasionally.

Artie, I recently looked at Former T's Psychology Today profile which is how I guessed she had gone back to practicing. It had a new picture of her. Then I went to the website of her practice and new picture of her. I don't think there is anything wrong with it. It is public information. Don't beat yourself up over it. HUGS Kit

So PT went pretty well today, he said I've already got a little improvement in range of motion in that shoulder, from doing the exercises every day. That's encouraging so I'm going to keep doing them.

I ordered a set of these bands (different tensions or whatever) off of Amazon just now so I can keep doing that one at home too. If I keep this up I'll be able to put my bra on again normally instead of putting it on backwards and sliding it around. Oops was that TMI? haha

Don't you hate those days when you're trying to hook it behind your back and you just can't catch the eye or you keep getting the wrong one? Sometimes I get frustrated and put it on backwards too.

That's why I tend to wear sports bras. I can't handle the hook and eye thing. Who thought of that anyway? Could it be more difficult?

I can't deal with sports bras that don't have any sort of hook on them. I tend to get stuck putting them on. Once, I was in the dressing room of an Under Armour outlet store and thought I'd need to call someone in to help me, because I was completely stuck with a bra halfway on. I managed to get my way out of it.

I have always put my bra on backwards and twisted it around as thats how my mum taught me. When i first started going out with my ex he was surprised as he had never seen another woman put a bra on like that. It is so much easier except inthe summer when i am sweaty and the bra gets stuck and i rip the stitching yanking it around. I must look into sports bras.

Um? Why are you all hooking bras in back? You put the hook side in front of you, do the hooking, then rotate that side to the back.

Been doing it for 30 years that way, no complaints.

ETA: now I’m wondering how Info does it. Also if she ever wears a sports bra—I only do it at the gym because sports bras always make it look like you have one giant bazoom.

We have four of my sister's five children for a few days. I was trying to figure out why my elbows were hurting. Oh yeah, carting around a three year old yesterday! She really is sweet though. I haven't gotten to spend much time with her in her short life but I do love her very much. I love all the children but they are so sweet when they are little. I played a game with the 13 year old. He beat me twice and I won once. That was fun. I told him maybe we can play again tonight. He seemed up for it.

I have shoulder bursitis (old age), so the days of hooking bras in the back had to stop. So, the old hook in front and twist it to the back, or I do have a couple of front hooking bras, or I have found a Jockey brand bra that has no hooks that I can actually slide on from the feet up (because over my head does not work with my shoulder). Personally, I prefer to ignore bras altogether, but they are a necessity outside my home. LOL.
