Did you end up getting a new fridge? Or are still eating out of boxes and cans?

Mini poll - couscous -yea or nay? I am on the nay side as a general rule (it is not terrible like gnocci, just sort of pointless to me), but I found a recipe for turmeric couscous and am tempted.

I am pro-couscous, though I realize I haven't ever made it myself. Is it especially labor-intensive?
Thanks for this!

I haven’t eaten couscous since college and now I’d have to find a gluten free variety, so nay.

Don’t recall being impressed with it in college either.
Thanks for this!

No - the couscous itself is quite simple.
For example:
Turmeric Couscous with Navy Beans and Cherry Tomatoes - SimpleFitVegan

I love watching Katie Ledecky swim. She’s so far ahead, she’s going one way while the rest of the field is going the other in the previous lap.

I like couscous. We make Baked Couscous with Spinach and Pine Nuts fairly often, although the original recipe calls for Muenster cheese.

Kit- Helen is beautiful.

Old man cat update: He slept on the couch next to me all evening all snotty and tired, and met me at the door in the morning complaining that he hadn't been let out. He ate all of his food. So the antibiotic was a miracle and he is trotting around all crotchety and demanding like usual.

Old man cat is Himalayan. Fluffy kitten is a grey and peach calico and sweet muffin kitten is a black and white tuxedo.

Hugs all around for those who want them.

Antibiotics are good. Even I, one who normally eschews all things western medicine, am a huge fan of them.

My therapist recommended "Sweet Tooth" on Netflix. I feel like he could have warned me that they burn a guy's house down with him inside it in the third episode. Maybe he's just a liar and never thinks of me outside of session because that sure seems like something that might cross his mind to warn me of.
