Thank you to all those who jumped in my pocket for session today. It was hard. R had to coax the question out of me, but at least I now have an answer.

Outdoor sessions would be an option, apparently, but I don't feel comfortable with that...given how vulnerable I am feeling at the moment. Provided nothing drastic happens, she's looking at resuming in person stuff in September.

I still have my doubts, but it's nice to have something to look towards, at least.

Other than that, it was a somewhat soluble conversation. Work being cancelled this weekend has really taken it out of me. However, there were a couple of gems.

'Your realness allows other people to step in and attempt to meet some of your needs.'

'I am proud of you for sending the email - you used the word 'agonising'...so can I ask that you reduce the agonising slightly? I am open to email.'

Stormy was decidedly against a new cat when we got Penelope, but now they share a pillow sometimes. This was yesterday, and although Stormy has a kinda weird look on his face, after I took the picture they both went back to sleep:

H is already off and running on a job this morning, they called him 30 minutes ago (around 5 am here) and he's already gone. I am so glad that he's gone back to work full time, he has been feeling much better all the way around since he started working every day again. I knew he would, he loves his job (he's a courier). He saw the dr yesterday about his test results, she confirmed the fatty liver thing and the need to change his diet. And took him off the statin drug that may have added to the problem, that he told her he had already stopped taking, and said that assuming he does change his diet, that would remove the need for the statin drug anyway.

My sister ordered books once, the guy left them near the front dustbins but we didn't get email notification they had been delivered. It rained. We found the wet package the next day. We complained and they sent replacements. So you can say no to safe spots!

Aww hope you enjoy your shnacks! (I love that kid.)

I wanted to cancel my session with Louise, but I didn't. She told me she thought I wouldn't show up to this one + that she didn't know how much she could help me.

Not going back to Rob either + I didn't see him this week.

On the plus side I got paid £0.71p + 0.47p from my supermarket stocks. (Morrisons and Tesco).

I invited my big bosses from NY to come to my house (my parent's house) next week on Wednesday when they are here visiting. For dinner. They accepted. I am asking my mom to make her spaghetti which is amazing, she makes amazing sauce, and salad and bread. And my bosses accepted and they will bring dessert. I'm super happy. I don't get enough time with them so this will be extra special! Plus they can meet my folks and if we are lucky one of the cats, and of course the dog.

I couldn't find Amelia this morning, and she didn't come in to eat. I am worried about her. I talked to my Dad maybe 10 minutes ago and he says he hasn't seen her. I'm worried but I'm hoping she's just off somewhere in a new spot taking a nap. She's indoor/outdoor so she is really hard to find.

I found my local supermarket in far away Asia carries some Tesco products. I like to use the canned soups as pasta sauce/soup I cook with noodles. Taste better than the (other brand) boring 2 pasta sauces I usually see. I know there's more flavours, I just think they're online delivery only.

Will Louise be able to give you referrals?

Oooh never tried soups as bases. Maybe have a look online too if they have delivery.

I think I could be happy living off canned macaroni & cheese.

My favourite shop is Aldi. No way was I going to pay £2.39 for greek yogurt when I could get it for £0.99p.

I didn't ask - I only saw her for two sessions. I did also contact an EDMR T who emailed me back but think I'm truly done with therapy.

Maybe for next time you could get a gps collar?

Thanks. I ordered one today from Amazon. I should get it on Saturday. Not soon enough! I'm sure she'll be okay. She just usually comes in for food. But sometimes my Dad has to track her down in the morning to get her the food. He usually knows her most recent hiding spots. She is microchipped so that's something.

I've not yet attempted to make macaroni and cheese, but some day...! I could only find the instant "add hot water" ones and the price for the portion size is really not worth it.

Fiancé likes his with bacon bits or something, he uses his oven I think

I never got around to liking Greek yoghurt (too tart?) but then I do like regular yoghurt. Both are probably good for health too.

About therapy, I support you listening to your needs. No therapy is better than bad therapy in my opinion, as a general guideline.

Roo was also a model for Burberry.

I get a lot of Nick Drake vibes from him.

You can make your own too:

Best mac and cheese recipe | Easy recipe guide | Jamie Oliver

I'd buy the Greek yoghurt for my younger sister. I like the petit flous yougurt the best but not had it in years. I don't mind yougurt drinks though.

Lol I wish she'd told me before though and I wouldn't have paid for this session. Second T in a row to tell me they were lost and I didn't hide the BPD stuff. It's probs the crying that does it .
