Couch 230: Decent Communications

It was on the 2nd floor of this small, cheap office building. Like something you'd find in a small town or where you'd find a cheap private detective, if you can envision that. It's funny, cause that's not how I envision his office when you talk about it. I don't remember any details about him other than we didn't click.

Oddly enough, that detail didn't stick out for me. She was younger, but I just knew it was Info. We didn't get along. She was really on my case about the paperwork.

Not sure if your dreams are like this, but buildings tend to be rather weird in mine. Sort of maze-like, especially if it's a school. Or they just look very different from how they do in real life, but I know what it's supposed to be.

Yeah, if I dream about a real place it might look a little different or a lot different, but I still know which place it is.

There was just a microburst or whatever they're called right over my house, it was so short, but kinda wild! I was sitting on the sofa and heard noises outside that at first I couldn't figure out then I realized it was hail hitting the window right behind me. There were pea-size pieces of it on my patio but they melted pretty quickly. There was a rainbow too while it was hailing. But now it's all over already and not even raining!

I just finished putting together half of a modular cat castle and trying to work out if my cats are unusually large or if the designers have no idea what a cat looks like. I have had a vet say my cats are large but i thought she was being dramatic.

I have a few different bus routes i take in my dream home town. I also have a dream county park and a dream NYC and a dream indoor mall. Its kinda strange to "return" to these places. Also im always taking walking shortcuts thru industrial parking lots and giant trucks will back up on me because they dont see me - whats THAT about? Maybe im just hearing the garbage trucks IRL?

I have my chat therapy appointment later on today with J. I'm nervous. I don't exactly know what a chat therapy session will be like but because of his schedule it was the one I could fit in on my lunch break. Since I will be at work, I decided to do chat because I definitely don't want anyone overhearing. And....I always do this. I have no idea what to talk about. When I am stable I seem fine. And I can't think of when I wasn't stable and to talk about that. Even though it was literally a few days ago. I'm nervous though. I feel it in the pit of my stomach.

My case manager Kayla had me do some depression assessments and depression/anxiety assessments. I am a little better than I was 2 months ago when we started but I am still in the moderate range for both. Hmm. Good to know. Maybe the medication is working. I was better by two points. I don't know on a scale of what to what though.

My sister and I won £50 with premium bonds today. Total winnings for this year out of 11 months has been £150. Still dreaming of that £1 million pound prize.

I have a little less than an hour and a half to go.

I woke up with a sore throat today and I am starting to feel a little achy. The sore throat isn't terrible feeling like strep or anything, just sore enough to be a little worrisome and bothersome. No fever. No chills. No loss of smell or taste.

My mother would tell you to make a honey and lemon drink. Hope you can rest after work.

I watched a training video this morning for work about NPS (net promoter system) and the woman speaking in it, her haircut is uneven. I don't know why that bothered me so much. I kept having to pull my attention back on what she was saying instead of looking at her uneven hair. I only scored 88% on the quiz after because I kept missing things while worrying about her crooked hair.

well lunch break is over. one more video to watch. hope it's a different person this time. or that she got her hair cut.

I want this kitchen!!

My aunt and uncle in canada had their kitchen very similar to this, with the fridge and the food mixer on the right, the sink across the back, the stove on the left. The baking area always looked like dead space to me. We did not have and counter space next to our refrigerator, so i couldnt conceptualize its use!
