So I found this pattern for fall leaves and decided I needed to make some this evening. Here's what I have so far:

I found writing to be about 1000 times more useful than talking to the therapist.
I hope it helps you

The fire panel alarm in my apartment started going off an hour ago. It woke me up. It’s still going. I can’t get back to sleep. I’m calling the fire marshall in the morning.

Woke up at 2am to nature calling and couldn't go back to sleep, laid there for an hour trying and then said f it and got up, showered, cooked myself breakfast, and am now logging onto work to start at 4am. 2 hours OT today, then 4 hours of phones, then 4 hours of my normal job. Woo hoo! I'm gonna endeavor anyway to not let myself be a tired crabass later today!

Ugh, yeah, it seems like at this point the fire marshal should be called. I hope they can do something. I mean, besides it being a huge annoyance, what if there was an actual fire? The residents would be so used to the alarm going off that they'd likely just ignore it.

@LonesomeTonight and @ElectricManatee would it be ok for me to pm you by any chance please? I am wondering something about my therapy and I have a feeling that both/one of you might understand something that I am experiencing. No expectation or pressure, it's totally fine if you prefer not - a message from me is hardly dish of the day for most diners!

Best way to turn your body into one giant ache is to take up butterfly stroke again after years away from it. And try to be good at it.

Called the fire marshall; they said they’d call the apartment manager. They warned me that this would not likely result in a quick fix bc the apartment manager would likely have to call an outside company to get it fixed but honestly I don’t care; I just want something to happen so that I can sleep in my own damn home.

I hope they can sort it out for you in a timely manner, chihiro. You deserve to be able to sleep under your own roof.

Dr. T today compared PC (OK, "MySupportForums") to "the online version of your local dive bar." And, in some ways, it fits!

Please tell me I'm not the only one who has contacted their T to make sure he was OK after hearing about a really awful accident (that closed the highway) right by his office around when he'd be heading home... He was OK, but said it took him a long time to get around the accident. And he thanked me for checking. But I worry it was annoying...
