Hope you feel better soon! I have a phobia of stomach bugs (well, of anything causing particular stomach issues).

I've also been thinking about the haircut thing, or possibly color.... I say you should go for it!

Oh, forgot to say I saw Info Friday. No fashion report (I don’t remember, maybe a sleeveless tank), but she was in the room with the elk again, and sitting so her head replaced the elk’s and there were antlers on either side of her head.

That's one heck of a substitute fashion report, @@.

I hope the session was one of Info's more useful ones.

I just opened a metal box in the attic that I thought contained old medicine bottles.

Nope. Old microscope.

I am sure you have all missed me terribly, but please put your weary hearts at ease - I have returned from camping! It was restful and a bit scary and I realised that I was having fun. Fun isn't something which comes easily to me so that was a lovely little realisation.

I'm glad you had fun! Lovely view. And I know you were anxious about going without cell/WiFi service or a car, so glad you returned safely.

Thank you, LT! The photo was taken during the two hours when it didn't rain so as well as being fun it was also exceedingly damp.

Carvana just earned strike #2 with us, they just pushed out h's car delivery by another 2 weeks. This is clearly the universe telling us this is not the right car. What's stupid is they don't give you a real reason - just the extremely broad "transportation issues". I don't think he's going to give them another chance - he's ready to cancel the order and pursue finding a car the old-fashioned way.

I miss the background noise of other humans in the house and noise of the fan in the other room but i dont miss the clutter on the benches or waiting for the shower. The cats are upset with furniture moved about and my D s cat cries at her bedroom door to be let in.

So ex-husband and I are in the process of reconciling - which is great! However, we are doing zoom marriage counseling sessions because we live in two different states (which new kitten keeps interrupting because he loves to sit on my computer keyboard).

So it looks like another cross country move for me in September or October. I do like where I am now but it's just not "home" and my favorite people (ex, son and best friends) are not here.
