Thank you!

She's adorable.
Hope the blanket is progressing as you want it to.
Many of my crochet projects didn't...hence I no longer crochet.

She is, isn't she? My sister says she's a little stinker but she's an adorable one!

It is, here's the current status, 1.5 more rounds of purple and then one of white, and it will be done. I have made this particular pattern a good 15-18 times by now, in varying sizes; it's all double crochets and chain stitches.

H got an early-morning job, got back home and was here maybe 10 minutes when they called him with another one and he's gone again for another 6+ hours, he's heading a bit north of where we just came back from yesterday! Now I will definitely be able to finish the above doggie-ghan this afternoon.

Got my taxes done! My Dad dropped them off to my lady Thursday afternoon and this morning at 5 something I already had an email from her saying she was done. I am getting a nice refund. I am happy!

Thanks Kit! This is one of my favorite patterns to make. The repetition is soothing. I'm getting ready to start another one.

We got a lot of snow here over the weekend. Zoey (my beagle) had fun jumping around in the snow. It was weird to have a blizzard in the desert. Especially so late in February. The mountains nearby got a ton of snow. They are happy because it will prolong the ski season and will boost their tourist income. But they were saying on the news it was taking people 8 to 10 hours to dig out their cars from the snow in the mountains. Still supposed to be stormy here this week. Then nice around Thursday on. Maybe another storm next week.

Took a mental health day from work on Friday due to the panic attacks I have been having. Started my new anxiety medicine on Friday as well from my pdoc. Seems to work better than the old one but I am still having to use a PRN sometimes. I pretty much rested on Friday. Saturday I worked on a puzzle 101 Dalmatians while I watched the snow coming down through our picture window in the dining room. The puzzle is really difficult but it was fun too. Satisfying. Got maybe a third done. I wanted to take a mental health day today too but I am glad I came to work. There was lots to catch up on. Sometimes I just gotta push through.

When we woke up yesterday morning (up in Globe, AZ) it was snowing, so we left earlier than we'd planned to come home. It was snowing for about an hour of our drive but the roads weren't too bad yet, thankfully! It snowed here at my house too, apparently, but there was only a little bit of it left on the ground by the time we got back home yesterday. It sounded like it was raining yesterday afternoon, with the snow melting and running off of everyone's roofs in the sun.

So hard to wait for my therapy appointment sometimes. I have so much stuff (too much for a 45 minute session) to tell new T. I am trying to prioritize what we need to talk about.

We are having cheesecake at 2 o'clock break at work. We had chocolate muffins with 2 percent milk at 8:30 AM break at work. Yum.

I hope your session goes well and is helpful. If you have a list of things to discuss, maybe you could share it at the beginning and she could help you prioritize if you're unsure? I've done that before. Or said that I don't want to spend all my time on a certain topic.

I'm at my parents' beach place solo for a couple days to relax (though I do have some work to do) and have a bit of time to myself. It seems too quiet. At least D actually said she'd miss me (and seemed to mean it)!

And the weather is pretty warm for this time of year here (high in the 50s F), but not like sitting on the beach weather.

Enjoy the cheesecake! That's my favorite dessert... I have a fabulous recipe somewhere handed down from my grandmother. I haven't made it in ages... I really need to find that recipe and make one again.

I hope you are able to get some healing relaxation in. It sounds lovely.

Knowing me, I would probably put on long pants and a coat and go sit on the beach anyway regardless of the temp

Hope you enjoy the time at the beach house LT. A good book and a lightweight blanket and a comfy couch would be calling my name!

Thanks, Kit! Hoping 2 nights will be enough. I usually go for 3, but weather is supposed to be pretty bad Friday, something I wouldn't want to drive home in. Plus, I don't want H to be stuck on his own with D for too long.

Thanks, Artie! I imagine I'll go on the beach a bit tomorrow. Or maybe I'll get inspired and walk or drive over before it gets dark (it's a few blocks to walk there, but I'm sure I can find parking right there). Maybe I'll go do that right now actually!

L has started doing parts work with me. Okay, talking to my parts myself is weird to me. Letting my parts speak for themselves, however, felt so relieving. I felt truly heard, seen, and known. We made a lot of discoveries, and in the end I actually felt proud of myself for the progress I've made these last 8 years.

So after everything today, I don't think I'm going to write ex-T. Instead, I'm going to write T and L and am going to give it to them on the 10th. I don't know exactly what I'll write. Definitely about my progress. Maybe how I feel about ex-T now? We'll see.
