Thanks SD. I might have to. I am supposed to be in physical therapy right now, but they never got my referral for my insurance. My doc said she sent it over last Friday. Ugh. This is all too much.

Feeling drained today.
Trying to remind myself that a virtual session tomorrow is better than having to cancel altogether.
One day at a time....one moment at a time within those days...is all I have to do.

I like new T. I feel more relaxed after seeing her yesterday (virtually). But then last night I had two panic attacks in a row! What is that about? I am trying to journal in between sessions and work on a DBT workbook. I hope next week I won't be nervous before session. I think she is committed to helping me. She hasn't yet said if she can help me but I hope so.

I have a GP appointment today. I am mad at my GP because she wouldn't see me last week when I had self harmed.

So I hope the appointment goes well. I don't want to like take out any frustration on her but I want her to know that if I call her and I say I need attention that I am not kidding. I thought it was progress that I was actually seeking help for my wounds but y'know, no one cares. That was abundantly clear. And I know all she is going to say is call your psychiatrist. I hope I don't end up frustrated after the visit. I hope I do feel cared for today even if she didn't care about me last Wednesday.

I finally heard from L. She's been dismissed! Still, we had to miss yesterday's session and today is virtual. Stupid rain.

Every so often I take a tiny sip of a coffee dessert drink if a friend is drinking one and I never like them. I can't believe how sweet they are. If I drank a whole one - besides not liking the taste - I would become homicidal from the sugar caffeine combo. I have to limit the regular coffee I drink because two cups makes me feel my blood racing. I have my one cup of black coffee with nut milk and then switch over to green tea. I know most people really seem like those drinks - I am the odd one out.

Can someone please adopt me? I want a new family.

Rant:
H might be able to get a job at the city. There's pros and cons, but we're leaning towards taking it. My dad told H that if he takes that job, he's moving out... Like where does he think he's going to go? His rent here is only $750 and includes utilities, internet, cell phone, and necessities (i.e. toilet paper, dog pads, soap, etc.). That's cheap for southern California. Who's going to take care of him? Who will take out his trash, clean his room and bathroom? Who will drive him around, pay for the gas for the car, pay half his registration? There's so many things H and I do for him, and it's a slap in the face to threaten to move out.

I never learned to like coffee... every now & then I'll take a sip of H's (some of the non-dairy creamers make it smell really good) but I still can't stand it. I love iced tea though, preferably with lemon and no sugar/sweetener. It's funny I love sweet stuff as much as the next gal but not when it's tea!

Well I have now made up 2 of the hours I missed yesterday! woo.

So far this week I've logged into work late and accidentally left early!! Ithe last few months I've also logged in late because I forgot when my shift started. My work is being calm about it, so far, but it's not at all like me. I've had almost no latest in my career with this company.

I'm currently dealing with T taking early retirement, my FIL is seriously unwell and my own health has a few problems also. I thought I was coping well but it must be getting to me if I'm slipping up at work like this.

Well it looks like it will be at least a few more weeks before I get a new Therapist.

I hope so too, it also looks like it will be quite a wait to see the Psychiatrist today.
