On the way out of my session today my therapist said "bye hon, call if you need anything." Then I walked out and passed some woman who looked at me quickly. I asked my mom who she was seeing and she said my therapist.

Do you ever run into your therapists other clients? What are your thoughts of them? I didn't think much of this woman tbh. I'm not really into too tight yoga pant wearers.

Yes when I was sat outside her hse (where she worked from) waiting my time... I'd see a client leave, she was pregnant and use to be cuddling one of Ts blankets that was from Ts therapy couch ..
I never mentioned to T about this becuse I don't cross boundaries, thats just my thing, and I'd say "oh Where's the blanket that was on gone?" knowing to see what T would say, she just replied "oh someone's borrowing it".... I felt envy... But hey that's life so I just got on with my therapy..

No, my T doesn't usually have clients right before or after. I remember early on he'd sometimes be on the phone when I arrived, but he stopped doing that too. It might be on purpose, I have huge attachment issues and I'd not react well to such a thing at all.

Yes all the time. I try not to look but I sometimes look haha. I tend to just hope I don’t know them and hope they aren’t looking at me

This time my therapist walked out with her and I heard her talking to her and it was a very formal "nice seeing you, see you next week." Idk if she is new or just doesn't have the connection that I do. She didn't look at me when she walked out.
