Yes, and because things have changed in your life suddenly, you will have even more support.
These reinforcements that will be offered to you - will come in handy, some now, some down the road. It's understandable, misunderstandings, when we are going thru trauma, because sometimes we hear only certain words in the conversation - it is what the stress has created - and your T will help you fix or it will sort out naturally. After all you have been through, and are feeling 'at the moment', please know you will be supported and protected by your therapeutic community out there, your H's health community (in time) and your friends and family. You are not alone - you will not be alone, to go forward with life as it is at the moment, and all it will be, both gradually and greatly improved. In my thoughts. Sending wellness wishes to you and all that is yours. Peace and comfort, night ![]() ![]() ![]()

Thank you nightbird, for your kindness and understanding.
Yes, I have a great fear of being alone, but I can see that you are right in saying the therapeutic community are not going to suddenly drop me. Fear takes hold at times though, It seems in hindsight my T was more aware of how traumatized I was and has decided to help me out more. I feel bad and guilty for jumping down T's throat now but T said, No Guilt!!! I lost hope for a while but I'm now hoping this is a turning point. Thank you again. ![]()
