I don't know what made me think of this now, but last winter during one particularly difficult session I sat in the assprint chair pouting. I didn't like what I was hearing and wished to make myself invisible. I had a warm winter scarf folded on my lap and I took it and held it up in front of my face and told T I was making him go away.
The adult me commented that I was acting like a 2-year old, and T goes, "That's okay because that's probably about where you are right now." ![]() ![]() So, what's up with regression? ![]() ![]()

You can be an adult with the emotional development of a child. That's where I found myself years ago. If you don't develop emotionally while you are growing up that is where you will stay until you do something about it.

Defeated armies (or emotional streams) fall back to previous positions. Sometimes they can use those to re-group, and come out for another round. A battle may be lost, but the war is not yet.
