thanks berries and hangingon.

i have started taking lithium in the night, so that helps with the nausea. i just increased the dose again last night, i was feeling pretty weird on it, but i dont know if it was because i was just tired and falling asleep. i will try to monitor it properly tonight. i'm due for a blood test soon (i hate needles!!).

i dont know if it's the lithium that's helping or something else, but i've been feeling heaps better this week. not so many sui thoughts, even arranged to see friends on the weekend (i havent since them for months). so that's a good thing.

thank you all for giving me hugs and support through this. you guys were the only ones apart from pdoc who've kept me going.

so glad to hear you are doing better deli!

i found out recently about a software program that is a way to track your moods and see what is helping (i think it runs about $30 US) you can demo it for free for a week or two. it's pretty good. here's the link: optimism
Thanks for this!

ok - if i wasnt on lithium right now, i would be seriously concerned that i was on the brink of a manic high. it is weird how much my mood has just flipped, and i'm feeling a bit out of control.

in one way, yes, it's awesome to be feeling this great, but in another - jesus, i hope it slows down soon because i know i'm gonna have the mother-of-all reactive hangovers once i'm done.
