were you able/willing to get a referral to a new pdoc?

understand if you don't want to, though. my ****** ex-T makes me wary of going to anyone new.
Thanks for this!

got a referral Deli, don't know if I can take much more at the moment - my dr asked me to make the appt - it is with a dr/pdoc at her practice - got triggered badly by the last one - went to a dark place - don't want to go back there again - might not be able to find my way out next time....

really tired - not sleeping much - nightmares - sad and PATHETIC grrrr!!!!!!!!!! - Zero energy - it is what it is... it's a pity "IT' won't get the message and just GO AWAY! - LOL

Just realised I must be on auto-pilot - have no idea how I got from the week before last to now.... thank heavens for auto-pilot

take care P7

((((((((((((((((((((P7)))))))))))))))))))) NOT sad and pathetic!

When we are going through such hard stuff, it's totally understandable to need to retreat for a while. Not sleeping makes everything feel a zillion times worse.

I know it's scary to think about seeing another pdoc, but maybe it would be worth it to help with the sleep issues?????

Be gentle with you. Don't isolate yourself, okay??

Thanks for this!

went and saw my T yesterday - it really helped - good old T (well she's not old - she's younger than me - but isnt everyone! lol ) realised how far I'd fallen when she banged her hand on the table to demonstrate something and I didn't react at all - talked to her about the pdoc visit - she said I had hit the wall as I do on a regular basis! LOL so we talked it through - actually slept last night - yippee! - have stopped fighting with myself seeing T really helped - I just felt totally disconnected - thanks LLT for starting this thread and to everyone on it for helping me back into the light.

and Earthmama, you hit the nail on the head hmmmm no emoticon for that! I didn't realise it but I was isolating myself and that doesnt work with depression/ptsd - thanks everyone

Good to have you back and even better, that you're taking good care of yourself. I hope it only gets better from here on.

I'm so proud of you and all the people here on PC -- what a wonderful example of how we can support each other.

And, great job for taking the risk and going to T.

Many warm thoughts headed your way!
