He keeps thearten and I don't know what to do. I just want him to stop talking to him. I don't like my dad hes the one who destroyed my self ess-teem. I hope he goes to HELL!

I'm not sure what how I got this way and why my self ess-teem can be so low. I dunno? All I know is I don't hate anyone just angry, upset, hurt for all the pain people put me through. IT's really unbearable to cope with. Foo fighters song best of you quote "Were you born to resist or be abused?"

You quoted it but never ansered it yourself.. That is a wonderful quote, now how do you plan on living by it?? Quotes can be wonderful things, but how we live by them is something totally differnt.. Talk to me about anyting I know I have told you that.. ok. i will not belittle you ever Miss_A That is something I promise right now..

oh honey.. we are never born to be abused.. That is something that happens, and when we get older we can stop, but never born to be abused..
If you are being abused you need to call a hotline or something . That is wrong.. I hope you are not trying to tell us someone is doing that to you.. Please speak to me, or anyone about this. We care for you, ok. This dragon is awaiting your reply ok.

I agree, no one is born to be abused. And resistance may not be enough... but outright drawing the line about what you will and will not tolerate.
You say you don't wish to talk with your dad, but have you talked about this??? These feelings... that you are feeling right now towards him? You need to discuss them with someone, if you feel safe enough, he's the starting place.
