I hope the surgery goes well for you. It sounds like you are doing what is necessary for your health. Sometimes moving on ends up being the best thing in the long run. Good luck with all of this.

hello all another update my surgery went well today it was a outpatient procedure and i am at home and comfortable so far today no pain which is remarkable i haven't evan touched the pain medication they sent me home with it seems to be a much smaller incision then last time stitches this time no staples i can sleep normally i had a nap earlier no problems should be a easy recovery i talked to my boss at work early er in the week he said my job is safe i figure they would have a hard time trying to train someone to do my job i have looked into the possibility of finding another job the market isn't that good here i would have to go through a temp agency if i were to go else not to mention it would be a large pay cut so i intend now to go back to my current employer if management thinks that i am a liability and try to get rid of me ill deal with it then as for dealing with my ex friend well i think the plan now is to just not speak to her any more i really have nothing left to say to her now like i have been i see now that i need to get to the point where she can't really disturb my peace of mind by trying to talking to me i have at least 6 weeks to alive my stress and physically recover a question for all of you what if she actually does admits to all of it at some point do i befriend her again or not ?

Im happy that your surgery went well and your recovery is proceeding right along.

As far as the Bipolar woman, Stop reffering to her as your friend.. She is not a friend in any way shape or form. Just ignore her across the board and go about your job. Don't get sucked back into that whole mess. You do not need the drama..

I hope your recovery continues to go well

That's great. Often things have a way of working out, and our biggest fears don't always come through.

hello all i went back to work today it was interesting a lot of people i knew quit and a few were fired so i get to meet a whole bunch of new people i was offered a different position on a different shift midnight's i turned it down i have my old position on afternoons which is just how i wanted things my regular job is in a lab i am a Computer Measurement Machine operator i will be by myself most of the day so my stress level should continue to go down as long as they leave me to my work they pulled me away from this job before and that is how i got hurt i dont think they will do that again now that they are all aware of my medical issues as long as i dont let that bipolar woman bother me i should be good she works on days and not in my department so it wont be too hard to do my plan is to ignore her and walk away but if she should actually apologize and admit to things id probably just say your forgiven but not be friends just friendly coworkers that way i wouldn't have to deal with that drama

hello all work is not going well i am stuck reworking parts in the shop now i was forced to do the same thing that caused my hernia since i am medically cleared if i refused to do it amounts to quitting during that night i was not happy i was concerned about re injuring myself i vented to some co workers that i thought were friends and some one ratted me out to my boss and the next day and he complained to me and got specific and said he dose not want to hear about me complaining about my job or medical situation ever again they dont need me in the lab anymore it would be a rare thing if they do no loss of job title or salary though so technically not a demotion i was doing this stuff before my medical leave i found out the guy who ratted me out is a convicted sex offender soliciting a minor, possession of child pornography, use of a computer to commit a crime no one at work knows of this i haven't had any personal issues with him and i haven't said any thing about this so i have to guess he is jelious of me because the rework i have been doing up to that point was eazy and he has been stuck doing the job that gave me a hernia i plan to look for a new job next week if they fire me before i find one i plan to hand my boss a copy of this guys record and just leave my god what a hell hole that place is the only good news is not a peep out of that bipolar woman since i got back

i learned some more interesting things about her now that she is gone the truth is now out and apparently she has stalked others showing up to someone else's house professing love out side a window until the cops arrived she was into heavy drug use as well apparently i shared my experience with my coworkers and i feel better that they know what i went through the story on how she was fired is that she got into a argument with a quality inspector on day shift the inspector filed a complaint and they both talked to human resources she was written up several times before for no safety glasses and none on her at the time so HR walked her out the door my god i feel it could have been so much worse for me now i am truly thankful she is gone for good
Thanks for this!

the people they hire at this shop are the night mare we have sex offenders pedophiles, rapist, drug addicts and kids right out of high school apparently HR cant find enough people to fill positions otherwise so they no longer do background checks or drug tests yet alone health screening mental or physical and for skilled labor positions they cant evan get people to show up for interviews if i was not learning a skilled position with the Computer Measurement Machine i wouldn't be there potentially down the road once i get some experience in i could make a whole lot more money else where my female co workers are dealing with harassment from this one guy who is a rapist they are all creep-ed out about the pedophile as well

Learn what you can and move on. There are going to be more problems there.
