"As I went down in the river to pray
Studying about that good old way
And who shall wear the starry crown
Good Lord, show me the way!..."

Ah....Alison Kraus (spelling??)

I went and sat on the dock in Westport today. The wind in my hair and the wake from the river cruisers were welcoming and I was happy. I sat down and looked around the river bend for a moment. Then, I started to read Job and felt so connected to the words. I was near tears but oh so happy. I read and I sang the few hymns I know and then I prayed.

??? I have NEVER felt like I did today and certainly never ever have I did these things. Is this normal or am I just weird?

Ever heard the song, In the Light by DcTalk? Explains how I feel perfectly.

I always love to hear the testimony of someone's God encounter's, I read this the other day and thought it was very meaningful, "it can be difficult to see Gods hand at times, but never to see his heart" (Charles Spurgeon)

What a beautiful message within that quote! After listening to Halliebeth tell us of this experience she had, I have no doubt that she felt God's touch and the love it so conveyed!

(((((((Halliebeth)))))))) I pray you be continually blessed in your efforts to connect with God. Those who seek Him find Him! And I thank you again for sharing with us such a touching experience!
