Back from northern Virginia. It was great to see my mom, sister, and niece again, but I am always so overstimulated by that crowded area. It's so dense with people, everywhere you go is a nightmare to get to, not to mention park at. I am not a city girl but they are so I get stuck visiting there if I want to see them for more than just the afternoon.

I'm very glad to be home. I really need to sleep in my own bed and I really missed my husband and cats (and Psych Central).

I've been kind of depressed lately, but I get to go to group this week so hopefully getting out for a few hours helps.

I started eating healthy today, It has been difficult. Every day will be a challenge but I've got to lose this weight.

Blue_Bird: I really need to lose weight and eat healthier too. I feel for you because it's hard.

As for me- let's just say having to squander $28.80 to buy cigarettes to last me until the end of the month is anxiety provoking because of my addiction, and pathetic because of my addiction. If I wasn't so addicted I could be using that money for gas.

I've always been a nonsmoker but since I started meds I long for a cigarette. I have the taste for one and the smell is so strong with me. It's so hard to resist. My T says it's not me so I should ignore the urge...not that easy, though.

I keep hearing crickets every where I go...wondering if it's tinnitus. The sound won't stop!

Hope it goes well for you! It happens to me,too! I had therapy today and I got decent looking, meaning no work-out clothes! It felt different but in a good way. Now, I don't know what my week will be like until my next Monday session. Something to look forward to, I suppose.

I have been avoiding nice-looking clothes because of my recent weight gain...so even though it's like 80 degrees outside I am wearing a hoodie! LOL

I had therapy today too! She gave me DBT worksheets and I'm excited because I love worksheets! Makes me feel like I'm accomplishing something in therapy.

I had quite the adventure today. Woke up at 6:30 with excruciating abdominal pain. Vomited ten times in three hours even though I had hardly anything in my stomach (sorry) and so decided to let my husband take me to the ER like he wanted.

Turns out I am passing kidney stones. They gave me Dilaudid in the ER, which made me feel REALLY GOOD and took away the pain. I have Norco for outpatient pain control and an anti-nausea drug as well. I should finish passing them this week, according to the CT Scan.

The pain is quite severe with these stones. I'd heard that, but until now have never experienced it. Good Lord, be with me.

Today I am starting my healthy eating lifestyle! I bought fresh food from a mostly-organic, local store. It is very yummy, healthy food...which I need yummy because I am such a picky eater (part of my problem).

I am counting the calories because I have no concept of portion control and never have. I'm hoping this doesn't trigger eating disorder behaviors but, regardless, something must be done about this extra weight!

I have this, with a high-pitched buzzing overlay. I've gotten used to it over time. Hopefully you will, too. Have you asked your PCP or PDoc about it? I hope they can make yours better.

I have tinnitus too. It never goes away for me, but it is worst when I'm tired or under stress.

It was my Lamictal causing the tinnitus! Decreased the dose and now tinnitus is gone! Like magic!
