Personally, I'm not doing great. Like alot of you, I'm isolatng. Way too depressed. I get so tired.
Thanks, I shared it with family so they get me! I did share it with my T so he understands why my commute to his office is terrifying and why I can't sometimes answer questions because my thoughts are intrusive. It's not easy to explain. This video was very helpful!!

Change in diagnosis to schizophrenia and bipolar. Separate diagnosis now instead of schizoaffective

Going to group next week, should be fun. It will be nice to get out of the house for a bit.

I've been reading a lot. It's perfect weather to curl up with a book and a hot drink.

I've been able to actually read again and it's been wonderful. You're right it's the perfect weather for curling up with a book and some hot tea/chocolate or whatever.

I need to get out of my house more, being in my bedroom all the time... I know that has GOT to be getting to me, isolation isn't good for anyone with any kind of mental illness I don't think...

Going to group tomorrow. I am trying to think more positively. Evenings are hard for me, I tend to get depressed this time a day.

Anyway, in a few weeks I'll be able to finish up my Christmas shopping and will be able to start wrapping presents

Looking forward to Thanksgiving next week!

Can't sleep. Just can't. SO at 412am I am making chicken tenders. Go me. I have an appointment I can't reschedule at 1pm and I'm sure I'm gonna be groggy as hell for it too.

Hello, I'm new here. I recently relocated from Austin, TX to St. Pete, Florida and have been seeing some new doctors who are going through the motions and diagnosing me. Was recently diagnosed by a neuropsychologist as being schizoaffective bipolar type. At my last visit my psychiatrist thought I was rapid cycling bipolar. Not really feeling the bipolar, but I suppose it's possible. I can't tell.

About a year ago when my hallucinations first started I wound up chasing voices around my apartment building all night long. Eventually, I started to catch on that the voices weren't real and the rest is history. Been on Saprhis for about a year now, and my new psychiatrist also started me on Lamictal as well as some other drugs to help control hand tremors.

I'm doing really well. Looking forward to Thanksgiving! I'm learning Italian which is a lot of fun. My goal is to eventually be able to read the Harry Potter series in Italian. Excited for the holiday season to start.

Random thread ping.

Just want to report in, All quiet on the eastern front.

I feel like a sailing ship with no wind at the moment, just bouncing around on calm waters right now.

I feel my abilify has peaked and all crazed delusions have subsided.

Due to abilify working I don't think I am in season anymore by the way I feel. I would have to say I am baseline normal apart from normal intrusive thoughts.

If the moon represented the illness based on its size in the sky I will have to say it's been a pretty small moon for me. I await now an awesome huge harvest moon.

Wishing you all well.

New to the forum, first post on this thread - hi everyone Mental health wise, I'm good and have been for some time. For that, I am eternally grateful! In fact I am wondering about my diagnosis and plan to follow up in the new year with getting the opinion of another psychiatrist.
