Daisy should weigh about 7 pounds but........she's overweight and on a diet right now! I spoil her too much! Right now she weighs 11 pounds! Yikes!

Wow. That is pretty extreme. so young. if she were a bit older and knew what she wanted to do with her life, well, thats a little different. You cant change that when its permanently on your face. hmmm. i wonder if she is still happy with it.

I don't know where I'd be without my cats. Probably dead. They really cheer me up.

I sort of gave up it for the holidays because i was busy and also the messages I was getting were lame and now it's so cold I don't really want to go out...also I might just give it up forever....It was fun and I really liked being touched but I'm not sure I'm getting the right emotional connections with people. I think it's very hard to kiss and touch someone you don't love at least for me...I mean I was really attracted to that guy that I had trouble kissing but it's like that wasn't enough the attraction I mean and he was really nice so I was both physically and emotionally attracted but it just wasn't enough for me to really want to touch him. I mean it was interesting but I wasn't getting turned on by it unless he was touching me. I was only mildly nervous so it wasn't even anxiety. I'm just convinced I process emotions differently. When I was psychotic I felt a different kind of love I had never felt before. I was telling friends and family that I loved them...which I never do I had this sense that I never wanted to lose them. I enjoy them but I don't have that same sense of love that I did then. Honestly it makes me feel I am missing something very important. It's not that I don't actually love people but I don't get to feel my love for them. I remember when I was a kid fighting with my sister and my mom was like I know you don't like her right now but you love her right? I was like um no why would I love someone who's hurting me? That of course is not what I said because I knew I would get in trouble if I said I did not love her but I was neutral to negative in my feeling for her. We buy each other gifts for the holidays but we have no real connection at all now because we are so different. I would still help her if she needed help but more from duty than love. So anyway I'm not sure dating is going to work out for me and I'm not sure it would be fair for the other person if it did...

My maltese/yorkie mix dogs. Hannah and Katie. Hannah is still a puppy. They both weigh around 6 lbs fully grown.

My pets have definitely kept me alive on many occasions. Thank goodness for our pets!

Daisy has REALLY helped me tons and got me through deep depressions. I would die without her. That's why I am on a quest to get her healthy and stop giving her treats. She loves dog cookies from the pet store but it has made her overweight. When I was so sick in the bed with the flu for 8 days Daisy gained .6 pounds! Not good! We have a goal for both of us to lose some weight.

Have you tried veggies? Our dog would eat anything it was more the act of getting it from us that he liked best.

I have not tried veggies yet but have been meaning too. I received that suggestion from a friend before but still have not tried it. I need to.

I feel the same way. Pets always love us no matter what.

It was nice to see your tattoo and pet pics everyone! I've been lurking but I don't really know what to say. Still hiding in my bed most of the time. Everyone is apparently worried about me because I won't say what is wrong. Apparently my parents assumed it was because the voices were loud & telling me not to talk, so I told them that the voices aren't talking to me anymore (though I made out like they're gone rather than just giving me the silent treatment). I feel bad for worrying them, especially cos my Mum went into hospital yesterday with liver problems (she's never been a drinker). They're doing loads of tests but they don't know what's wrong yet. I feel like she's going to die and I don't know how I would cope, or how my Dad would cope, or how I would step up and 'mother' my little (bratty) sister... I've also got the OT appt next Tues and I'm worried about getting in trouble for not having any goals (I don't think they will work with me to overcome my fear of suicide and that's as close as I get to having a goal right now)

Everything just sucks right now and I don't know how to explain it all or what to do to make things better. Mostly I doubt things getting better is even a possibility! At least I have Maxy and he is still giving me lots of hugs, especially at night when I'm scared to go to sleep. I'm just feeling very scared and alone lately.
